A tilting board for a human being operated includes an operation plate, a base plate rotationally connected to the operation plate, a sliding rail fixed on the base plate, and an adjustment member. The sliding rail is fixed on the base plate and defines a plurality of pairs of opposite slots. One end of the adjustment member abuts against the operation plate and the other end of the adjustment member is positioned between one of the pairs of opposite slots. The degree of incline of the tilting board can be changed by moving the adjustment member from the pair of opposite slots to another one of the pairs of opposite slots.
