What is claimed is: 1 . A blended wing body (BWB) aircraft comprising: a blended wing body having a main body and wings with no clear demarcation between the wings and the main body along a leading edge of the BWB aircraft; a passenger cabin located within the main body; a galley located within the passenger cabin and situated laterally between a first passenger bay and a second passenger bay, wherein the galley comprises a triangular shape; and wherein the galley comprises an access route located extending through near at least one vertex of one or more vertices of the triangular shape and wherein the access route provides access to an interior of the galley. 2 . The BWB aircraft of claim 1 , wherein the access route is linked to at least one cross aisle within the passenger cabin. 3 . The BWB aircraft of claim 1 , wherein the passenger cabin comprises more than one passenger bays, wherein each passenger bay is separated by at least a divider. 4 . The BWB aircraft of claim 3 , wherein the galley is located outside of the more than one passenger bays. 5 . The BWB aircraft of claim 3 , wherein the galley is surrounded by the more than one passenger bays. 6 . The BWB aircraft of claim 1 , wherein the main body comprises a single deck wherein passengers and cargo are located on or above the single deck. 7 . The BWB aircraft of claim 1 , wherein the galley comprises more than one access routes, wherein each access route of the more than one access routes is linked to at least one cross aisle. 8 . The BWB aircraft of claim 1 , wherein the triangular shape comprises a substantially isosceles triangular shape. 9 . A blended wing body (BWB) aircraft comprising: a blended wing body having a main body and wings with no clear demarcation between the wings and the main body along a leading edge of the BWB aircraft; a passenger cabin located within the main body, wherein the passenger cabin comprises one or more structural elements extending vertically and configured to contain a pressure vessel; a galley located within the passenger cabin and situated laterally between a first passenger bay and a second passenger bay, wherein the galley comprises a border having a triangular shape, and wherein the border comprises: a first side disposed laterally within the BWB aircraft; a second side extending from a first end of the first side at a first angle; and a third side extending from a second end of the first side at a second angle, wherein the second side is arranged to converge with the third side, wherein the second end of the first side is opposite to the first end of the first side; and wherein the galley comprises an access route extending through located near at least one vertex of one or more vertices of the triangular shape and wherein the access route provides access to an interior of the galley. 10 . The BWB aircraft of claim 9 , wherein the at least one vertex is situated at a convergence point between the second side and the third side. 11 . The BWB aircraft of claim 9 , wherein the first side comprises one or more access routes. 12 . The BWB aircraft of claim 11 , wherein the one or more access routes are linked to a cross aisle. 13 . The BWB aircraft of claim 9 , wherein the passenger cabin comprises more than one passenger bays and wherein the more than one passenger bays are separated by the one or more structural elements. 14 . The BWB aircraft of claim 13 , wherein the galley is located outside of the more than one passenger bays. 15 . The BWB aircraft of claim 13 , wherein the galley is surrounded by the more than one passenger bays. 16 .
