A pipe fitting is disclosed that can be configured for engagement with a coupling. The coupling can include a first ridge and a second ridge opposite the first ridge, and can define a coupling bore extending from the first ridge to the second ridge. A cap can extend into the coupling bore of the coupling. A gasket can be positioned within the coupling and can include: a first sealing ridge disposed proximate the first ridge; a second sealing ridge disposed proximate the second ridge opposite the first ridge; and a central ridge defining a pair of ribs extending radially inward from the central ridge.

That which is claimed is: 1 . A pipe fitting, comprising: a coupling, comprising: a first ridge; a second ridge opposite the first ridge; and a coupling bore extending from the first ridge to the second ridge; a cap extending into the coupling bore; and a gasket positioned within the coupling bore of the coupling, the gasket comprising: a first sealing ridge disposed proximate the first ridge; a second sealing ridge disposed proximate the second ridge opposite the first ridge; and a central ridge defining a pair of ribs extending radially inward from the central ridge. 2 . The pipe fitting of claim 1 , wherein the cap comprises a ramped surface and a raised lip; wherein the ramped surface seals the pair of ribs on the central ridge against the raised lip of the cap. 3 . The pipe fitting of claim 1 , wherein when the coupling is in a relaxed position, the coupling is retained on the cap. 4 . The pipe fitting of claim 1 , wherein the cap is a drain cap comprising a drain bore and defines an outer end disposed external to the coupling bore and an inner end disposed within the coupling bore. 5 . The pipe fitting of claim 1 , wherein the cap defines a ramped surface configured to guide a sealing ridge into a position around a sealing surface on the cap, wherein the ramped surface forms a truncated ramped surface. 6 . The pipe fitting of claim 1 , wherein the cap defines a recessed groove, and wherein an inner rim of the gasket extends from a sealing ridge of the cap and is received within the recessed groove of the cap. 7 . The pipe fitting of claim 6 , wherein the recessed groove extends radially inward relative to an axial axis of the cap and inward from a raised lip on the cap. 8 . The pipe fitting of claim 6 , wherein the recessed groove is disposed axially on the cap between a raised lip and a shoulder on the cap. 9 . A pipe fitting, comprising: a coupling, comprising: a first ridge; a second ridge opposite the first ridge; and a coupling bore extending from the first ridge to the second ridge; a gasket positioned within the coupling bore of the coupling, the gasket comprising: a first sealing ridge disposed proximate the first ridge; a second sealing ridge disposed proximate the second ridge opposite the first ridge; and a central ridge defining a pair of ribs extending radially inward from the central ridge; and a cap comprising a pressure relief channel defined in a raised lip of the cap. 10 . The pipe fitting of claim 9 , wherein the cap comprises a plurality of pressure relief channels defined in the raised lip of the cap, and the plurality of pressure relief channels are circumferentially equally spaced around the raised lip of the cap. 11 . The pipe fitting of claim 9 , wherein the pressure relief channel of the cap comprises an angled surface, wherein the angled surface is angled relative to an inner end of the cap. 12 . The pipe fitting of claim 11 , wherein the angled surface of the pressure relief channel defines an angle that is greater than 30 degrees with the inner end of the cap. 13 . The pipe fitting of claim 11 , wherein the pressure relief channel further comprises an axial surface substantially parallel to an axial axis and a sealing surface, wherein the axial surface is defined radially outward from the sealing surface of the cap. 14 . The pipe fitting of claim 9 , wherein the pressure relief channel of the cap comprises a radial surface. 15 . The pipe fitting of claim 14 , wherein the radial surface is substantially perpendicular to an axial axis of the cap and substantially parallel to an inner end of the cap. 16 . The pipe fitting of claim 14 , wherein the radial surface extends completely across an inner end of an annular ring on the cap. 17 . The pipe fitting of claim 14 , wherein the pressure relief channel further comprises an axial surface substantially parallel to an axial axis and a sealing surface, wherein the axial surface is defined radially outward from the sealing surface of the cap. 18 . A pipe fitting, comprising: a coupling, comprising: a first ridge; a second ridge opposite the first ridge; and a coupling bore extending from the first ridge to the second ridge; a gasket positioned within the coupling, the gasket comprising: a first sealing ridge disposed proximate the first ridge; a second sealing ridge disposed proximate the second ridge opposite the first ridge; and a central ridge defining a pair of ribs extending radially inward from the central ridge; and a cap comprising a drain bore. 19 . The pipe fitting of claim 18 , wherein a valve is coupled to the drain bore. 20 . The pipe fitting of claim 18 , wherein an instrument is coupled to the drain bore.
