A nickel-based superalloy powder comprising, by mass percent, 14.00 to 15.25% chromium, 14.25 to 15.75% cobalt, 3.9 to 4.5% molybdenum, 4.0 to 4.6% aluminum, 3.0 to 3.7% titanium, 0 to 200 ppm carbon, the remainder consisting of nickel and unavoidable impurities. The invention claimed is: 1 . A nickel-based superalloy powder consisting of, by mass percent, 14.00 to 15.25% chromium, 14.25 to 15.75% cobalt, 3.9 to 4.5% molybdenum, 4.0 to 4.6% aluminum, 3.0 to 3.7% titanium, 0 to 0.10 copper, 0 to 0.50 iron, 5 to 200 ppm carbon, and a remainder consisting of nickel and unavoidable impurities. 2 . The nickel-based superalloy powder according to claim 1 , having a D90 particle size of less than or equal to 75 μm measured by laser diffraction according to an ISO 13320 standard. 3 . The nickel-based superalloy powder according to claim 1 , having a spherical morphology.
