What is claimed is: 1 . A medical liquid infusion apparatus comprising: a first body to which a needle assembly is mounted, a control module installed in the first body, and electrically connected to an internal device, a fracture portion formed to protrude outward from one side of the control module, and fractured by an external force to allow an electrical connection between the control module and the internal device to be disconnected, an alarm unit electrically connected to the control module and capable of notifying the user of normal operation or malfunction of the medical liquid infusion apparatus, and a control line forming a movement path of an alarm signal to the alarm unit which is formed in the fracture portion. 2 . The medical liquid infusion apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising: a support portion formed to protrude from the first body toward the fracture portion and configured to support a preset region of the fracture portion. 3 . The medical liquid infusion apparatus of claim 2 , further comprising: a fracture cover disposed to face the fracture portion and configured to open and close a path through which the external force is applied to the fracture portion. 4 . The medical liquid infusion apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the fracture portion is formed to have a relatively narrow width in a preset region. 5 . The medical liquid infusion apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising: a housing in which the first body, the control module, and the internal device are installed, and which has an opening formed on one side thereof; and an attachment portion that covers an opening formed in the housing and is located adjacent to a user. 6 . A medical liquid infusion apparatus comprising: a first body to which a needle assembly is mounted, a control module installed in the first body, and electrically connected to an internal device, a fracture portion formed to protrude outward from one side of the control module, and fractured by an external force to allow an electrical connection between the control module and the internal device to be disconnected, and a fracture cover disposed to face the fracture portion and configured to open and close a path through which the external force is applied to the fracture portion. 7 . The medical liquid infusion apparatus of claim 6 , further comprising: an alarm unit electrically connected to the control module and capable of notifying the user of normal operation or malfunction of the medical liquid infusion apparatus. 8 . The medical liquid infusion apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the fracture portion is formed to have a relatively narrow width in a preset region. 9 . The medical liquid infusion apparatus of claim 6 , further comprising: a housing in which the first body, the control module, and the internal device are installed, and which has an opening formed on one side thereof; and an attachment portion that covers an opening formed in the housing and is located adjacent to a user. 10 . The medical liquid infusion apparatus of claim 6 , further comprising: a support portion formed to protrude from the first body toward the fracture portion and configured to support a preset region of the fracture portion. 11 . A medical liquid infusion apparatus comprising: a first body to which a needle assembly is mounted, a control module installed in the first body, and electrically connected to an internal device, a fracture portion formed to protrude outward from one side of the control module, and fractured by an external force to allow an electrical connection between the control module and the internal device to be disconnected, an alarm unit electrically connected to the control module and capable of notifying the user of normal operation or malfunction of the medical liquid infusion apparatus, a control line forming a movement path of an alarm signal to the alarm unit which is formed in the fracture portion, and a support portion formed to protrude from the first body toward the fracture portion and configured to support a preset region of the fracture portion, wherein the fracture portion is formed to have a relatively narrow width in a preset region. 12 . The medical liquid infusion apparatus of claim 11 , further comprising: a housing in which the first body, the control module, and the internal device are installed, and which has an opening formed on one side thereof; and an attachment portion that covers an opening formed in the housing and is located adjacent to a user. 13 . The medical liquid infusion apparatus of claim 11 , further comprising: a fracture cover disposed to face the fracture portion and configured to open and close a path through which the external force is applied to the fracture portion.
