Official abstract text for this publication.
A user equipment (UE) is described. The UE may comprise higher layer processing circuitry configured to acquire first radio resource control (RRC) information and second RRC information. The first RRC information configuring a semi-static channel access procedure. The second RRC information configuring a Channel State Information-Reference Signal (CSI-RS). The UE may also comprise receiving circuitry configured to receive the CSI-RS. If neither third RRC information for configuring a channel occupancy duration field nor fourth RRC information for configuring slot format indicator field is provided, a channel occupancy time for the semi-static channel access procedure is assumed to be a remaining channel occupancy duration indicated by the channel occupancy duration field.

The invention claimed is: 1 . A user equipment (UE) comprising: higher layer processing circuitry configured to acquire first radio resource control (RRC) information and second RRC information, the first RRC information configuring a semi-static channel access procedure, the second RRC information configuring a Channel State Information-Reference Signal (CSI-RS); and receiving circuitry configured to receive the CSI-RS, wherein: in a case that at least one of third RRC information for configuring a channel occupancy duration field and fourth RRC information for configuring a slot format indicator field is provided, a remaining channel occupancy duration is indicated by the channel occupancy duration field, and in a case that neither the third RRC information nor the fourth RRC information is provided, a channel occupancy time for the semi-static channel access procedure is determined to be the remaining channel occupancy duration indicated by the channel occupancy duration field. 2 . The UE according to claim 1 , wherein the CSI-RS is received on a set of symbols in a case that the set of symbols is within the remaining channel occupancy duration. 3 . The UE according to claim 1 , wherein the CSI-RS is not received on a set of symbols in a case that the set of symbols is outside of the remaining channel occupancy duration. 4 . A base station comprising: higher layer processing circuitry configured to provide first radio resource control (RRC) information and second RRC information, the first RRC information configuring a semi-static channel access procedure, the second RRC information configuring a Channel State Information-Reference Signal (CSI-RS); and transmitting circuitry configured to transmit the CSI-RS, wherein: in a case that at least one of third RRC information for configuring a channel occupancy duration field and fourth RRC information for configuring a slot format indicator field is provided, a remaining channel occupancy duration is indicated by the channel occupancy duration field, and in a case that neither the third RRC information nor the fourth RRC information is provided, a channel occupancy time for the semi-static channel access procedure is determined to be the remaining channel occupancy duration indicated by the channel occupancy duration field. 5 . The base station according to claim 4 , wherein the CSI-RS is transmitted on a set of symbols in a case that the set of symbols is within the remaining channel occupancy duration. 6 . The base station according to claim 4 , wherein the CSI-RS is not transmitted on a set of symbols in a case that the set of symbols is outside of the remaining channel occupancy duration. 7 . A method performed by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising: acquiring first radio resource control (RRC) information and second RRC information, the first RRC information configuring a semi-static channel access procedure, the second RRC information configuring a Channel State Information-Reference Signal (CSI-RS); and receiving the CSI-RS, wherein: in a case that at least one of third RRC information for configuring a channel occupancy duration field and fourth RRC information for configuring a slot format indicator field is provided, a remaining channel occupancy duration is indicated by the channel occupancy duration field, and in a case that neither the third RRC information nor the fourth RRC information is provided, a channel occupancy time for the semi-static channel access procedure is determined to be the remaining channel occupancy duration indicated by the channel occupancy duration field.
