A multispectral sensor device may include a sensor array comprising a plurality of channels and one or more processors to determine that a time-sensitive measurement is to be performed, wherein the time-sensitive measurement is to be performed using data collected by one or more channels of the plurality of channels; cause the data to be collected by a proper subset of channels, of the plurality of channels, wherein the proper subset of channels includes the one or more channels; and determine the time-sensitive measurement based on the data.

What is claimed is: 1 . A multispectral sensor device, comprising: at least one sensor array comprising a plurality of sensor elements; and at least one processor configured to: collect first data from a first subset of sensor elements of the plurality of sensor elements; collect second data from a second subset of sensor elements of the plurality of sensor elements; and perform multiple iterations of a first measurement and a second measurement, wherein the first measurement is based on the first data, and wherein the second measurement is based on the second data. 2 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 1 , wherein the first measurement is performed more frequently than the second measurement. 3 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 1 , wherein the first measurement is associated with one or more of a higher data rate, a higher frame rate, or a higher resolution than the second measurement. 4 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 1 , wherein the second subset of sensor elements includes remaining sensor elements, of the plurality of sensor elements, relative to the first subset of sensor elements. 5 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 1 , wherein the second subset of sensor elements includes all sensor elements of the plurality of sensor elements. 6 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 1 , wherein, to perform the multiple iterations of the first measurement and the second measurement, the at least one processor is configured to: determine that the first measurement is to be performed; determine that the second measurement is to be performed; obtain the first measurement based on the first data; and obtain the second measurement based on the second data. 7 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 1 , wherein the first measurement is associated with a frame rate in a range of 250 to 500 samples per second. 8 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 1 , wherein the first subset of sensor elements includes two or more sensor elements from a plurality of rows of sensors of the at least one sensor array. 9 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 8 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to: discard data other than the first data collected from the two or more sensor elements. 10 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one sensor array includes at least one of a charge-coupled device or a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor device. 11 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 1 , wherein the first measurement comprises a cardiopulmonary function parameter measurement. 12 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 11 , wherein the cardiopulmonary function parameter measurement requires time-sensitive measurements of time-dependent spectral signals in a number of wavelengths. 13 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 12 , wherein the first subset of sensor elements corresponds to the number of wavelengths. 14 . The multispectral sensor device of claim 11 , wherein the second measurement comprises a spectral health parameter that is different from the cardiopulmonary function parameter measurement. 15 . A bio-monitoring device to measure health parameters, the bio-monitoring device comprising: a device configured to: collect first data from a first subset of sensor elements of a plurality of sensor elements; collect second data from a second subset of sensor elements of the plurality of sensor elements; and perform multiple iterations of a first measurement and a second measurement, wherein the first measurement is based on the first data, and wherein the second measurement is based on the second data. 16 . The bio-monitoring device of claim 15 , wherein the device is a multispectral sensor device that includes at least one sensor array, and wherein the at least one sensor array includes the plurality of sensor elements. 17 . The bio-monitoring device of claim 15 , wherein the first measurement comprises a cardiopulmonary function parameter measurement that requires time-sensitive measurements of time-dependent spectral signals in a number of wavelengths. 18 . The bio-monitoring device of claim 17 , wherein the first subset of sensor elements corresponds to the number of wavelengths. 19 . A method, comprising: collecting, by a device, first data from a first subset of sensor elements of a plurality of sensor elements; collecting, by the device, second data from a second subset of sensor elements of the plurality of sensor elements; and performing, by the device, multiple iterations of a first measurement and a second measurement, wherein the first measurement is based on the first data, and wherein the second measurement is based on the second data. 20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the first measurement is determined with less latency than the second measurement.
