The present invention relates to an adhesive article including a core material and an adhesive layer covering a longitudinal surface of the core material, in which the core material is a multifilament yarn including four or more filaments.

The invention claimed is: 1 . An adhesive article, comprising: a core material; and an adhesive layer covering a longitudinal surface of the core material, wherein the adhesive layer comprises an acrylic adhesive, wherein the core material is a multifilament yarn including 48 to 384 filaments, the filaments comprise a polyester material, the adhesive layer is present on the longitudinal surface of the core material in an amount of 65 mg/m to 130 mg/m, the core material has a twist coefficient K represented by a formula (A), K=T /√{square root over (10000 /D )} (A) in the formula (A), K is a twist coefficient, T is a twist number (unit: [times/m]), and D is a fineness (unit: [dtex]), the core material has a twist number of 50 to 150 times/m, and the twist coefficient K represented by the formula (A) of the core material is 24 to less than 50. 2 . The adhesive article according to claim 1 , wherein the filaments comprise at least one hollow yarn. 3 . The adhesive article according to claim 1 , wherein the core material has a fineness of 280 to 2240 dtex.
