The invention claimed is: 1 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a base; a circuit board disposed on an upper surface of the base; a housing disposed above the circuit board; a bobbin disposed in the housing and configured to move in an optical axis direction; an upper elastic member coupled to an upper portion of the bobbin and an upper portion of the housing; a terminal portion coupled to the base; and a support member comprising a first end coupled to the upper elastic member and a second end coupled to the terminal portion, wherein the base comprises a stepped portion depressed from the upper surface of the base and disposed at a corner of the base, wherein the terminal portion comprises: a first region overlapped with the base in the optical axis direction; and a second region not overlapped with the base in the optical axis direction, wherein the second end of the support member is coupled to the second region of the terminal portion by a solder, and wherein a lowermost portion of the support member is positioned higher than a lower surface of the base. 2 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the solder is spaced apart from the base. 3 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first region of the terminal portion is coupled with the base. 4 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the second end of the support member is positioned lower than a lower surface of the circuit board and positioned higher than the lower surface of the base. 5 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the second end of the support member is coupled to a lower surface of the second region of the terminal portion. 6 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal portion is conductively connected to the circuit board. 7 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the second region of the terminal portion comprises a hole through which the second end of the support member passes. 8 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the circuit board comprises a pad portion coupled to the terminal portion. 9 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the upper elastic member comprises an outer frame coupled to the housing, an inner frame coupled to the bobbin, and a frame connection connecting the outer frame and the inner frame, and wherein the outer frame is coupled to the first end of the support member. 10 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the outer frame comprises a hole through which the first end of the support member passes. 11 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , comprising: a first magnet disposed on the housing; a first coil disposed on the bobbin and configured to move the bobbin in the optical axis direction by an interaction with the first magnet. 12 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the circuit board comprises a second coil configured to move the housing by an interaction with the first magnet. 13 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal portion comprises a conductive material. 14 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , comprising a first sensor and a second sensor configured to detect a displacement of the housing, wherein the first and second sensors are conductively connected to the circuit board. 15 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 14 , wherein the base comprises a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove, and wherein the first sensor is disposed in the first mounting groove, and the second sensor is disposed in the second mounting groove. 16 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a through hole disposed at the stepped portion thereof to avoid spatial interference with the second end of the support member. 17 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the housing comprises four corners, wherein the support member comprises four suspension wires disposed at the four corners of the housing, and wherein the terminal portion comprises four terminal portions corresponding to the four suspension wires, and each of the four wires is coupled to a corresponding one of the four terminal portions. 18 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a base; a circuit board disposed on an upper surface of the base; a housing disposed above the circuit board; a bobbin disposed in the housing and configured to move in an optical axis direction; an upper elastic member coupled to an upper portion of the bobbin and an upper portion of the housing; a terminal portion coupled to the base; and a support member comprising a first end coupled to the upper elastic member and a second end coupled to the terminal portion by a solder, wherein the base comprises a stepped portion depressed from the upper surface of the base and disposed at a corner of the base, wherein the second end of the support member is not overlapped with the stepped portion of the base in the optical axis direction and is positioned lower than a lower surface of the circuit board, wherein the second end of the support member is spaced apart from the circuit board, and wherein a lowermost portion of the support member is positioned higher than a lower surface of the base. 19 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 18 , wherein the solder is spaced apart from the base. 20 . A camera module comprising: a lens; the lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 ; and an image sensor.
