Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A response vehicle can respond to an incident. The response vehicle can be communication with a server and a plurality of communication devices. The response vehicle can include one or more processing circuits that can acquire data from the plurality of communication devices, determine which of the plurality of communication devices are located proximate to the response vehicle based on the data, and transmit a plurality of datasets pertaining to the plurality of communication devices located proximate the response vehicle to the server.

What is claimed is: 1 . An incident response system comprising: a server; a plurality of communication devices configured to collect data pertaining to a plurality of data sources, the plurality of data sources including at least one of (a) one or more response personnel or (b) one or more secondary response vehicles; and a response vehicle configured to respond to an incident, the response vehicle configured to communicate with the server and the plurality of communication devices, the response vehicle including one or more processing circuits configured to: acquire the data from the plurality of communication devices; determine which of the plurality of communication devices are located proximate to the response vehicle based on the data; and transmit a plurality of datasets pertaining to the plurality of communication devices located proximate the response vehicle to the server, wherein a respective dataset of the plurality of datasets is a collection of data pertaining to a respective data source associated with a respective one of the plurality of communication devices, wherein the plurality of datasets include a plurality of identifiers, and wherein a respective identifier of the plurality of identifiers identifies each respective data source of the plurality of data sources; wherein the server is configured to: identify, using the plurality of identifiers included in the plurality of datasets, the plurality of data sources; determine, responsive to identifying the plurality of data sources, a plurality of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) associated with the plurality of data sources; receive, from a remote device, an API call; determine, using the API call, a respective data source of the plurality of data sources for which data has been requested; and transmit, to the remote device, a first dataset of the plurality of datasets, wherein the first dataset of the plurality of datasets pertains to the respective data source of the plurality of data sources. 2 . The incident response system of claim 1 , wherein the server is configured to: receive, from a second remote device, a second API call requesting data pertaining to a respective data source of the plurality of data sources; determine, using credentials of a user associated with the second remote device, one or more subsets of the first dataset for which the user is authorized to access; and transmit, to the second remote device, the one or more subsets of the first dataset. 3 . The incident response system of claim 1 , wherein the server is configured to: generate, responsive to receiving the plurality of datasets pertaining to the plurality of communication devices, a graphical user interface regarding a location proximate to the incident; identify, using the plurality of datasets pertaining to the plurality of communication devices, an organization associated with at least one data source of the plurality of data sources; determine, responsive to identifying the organization, a user device associated with the organization; and transmit, for display via the user device, the graphical user interface regarding the location proximate to the incident to the user device. 4 . The incident response system of claim 3 , wherein the graphical user interface provides a graphical representation displaying relative positions of the plurality of data sources about the location. 5 . The incident response system of claim 4 , wherein the plurality of data sources include (a) the one or more response personnel and (b) the one or more secondary response vehicles, and wherein the graphical representation includes one or more first graphical elements illustrating the one or more secondary response vehicles and one or more second graphical elements illustrating the one or more response personnel. 6 . The incident response system of claim 4 , wherein the plurality of data sources include the one or more secondary response vehicles and one or more pieces of equipment associated with the one or more secondary response vehicles. 7 . The incident response system of claim 4 , wherein the plurality of data sources include the one or more response personnel, the one or more secondary response vehicles, and one or more pieces of equipment associated with the one or more secondary response vehicles. 8 . The incident response system of claim 3 , wherein the plurality of data sources include the one or more secondary response vehicles and one or more components of the one or more secondary response vehicles, and wherein the graphical user interface provides position information regarding the one or more secondary response vehicles about the location proximate to the incident and one or more sets of operation information regarding current operation of the one or more components of the one or more secondary response vehicles. 9 . An incident response system comprising: a server; a plurality of communication devices configured to collect data pertaining to a plurality of data sources, the plurality of data sources including at least one of (a) one or more response personnel or (b) one or more secondary response vehicles; and a response vehicle configured to respond to an incident, the response vehicle configured to communicate with the server and the plurality of communication devices, the response vehicle including one or more processing circuits configured to: acquire the data from the plurality of communication devices; determine which of the plurality of communication devices are located proximate to the response vehicle based on the data; transmit a plurality of datasets pertaining to the plurality of communication devices located proximate the response vehicle to the server, wherein a respective dataset of the plurality of datasets is a collection of data pertaining to a respective data source associated with a respective one of the plurality of communication devices, wherein the plurality of datasets include a plurality of identifiers, and wherein a respective identifier of the plurality of identifiers identifies each respective data source of the plurality of data sources; receive, from a first communication device of the plurality of communication devices associated with a first response vehicle of the one or more secondary response vehicles, an indication that the first response vehicle of the one or more secondary response vehicles is set to leave a location proximate to the incident; identify, using information included in the indication, an identifier of the plurality of identifiers for the first response vehicle of the one or more secondary response vehicles; and transmit, to the server, a message including the indication that the first response vehicle of the one or more secondary response vehicles is set to leave the location proximate to the incident. 10 . The incident response system of claim 9 , wherein the information included in the indication includes at least one of: information identifying a destination for the first response vehicle of the one or more secondary response vehicles; information identifying a first response personnel of the one or more response personnel associated with the first response vehicle of the one or more secondary response vehicles; or information identifying one or more pieces of equipment associated with the first response vehicle of the one or more secondary response vehicles. 11 . An incident response system comprising: a server; and a response vehicle configured to respond to an incident, the response vehicle including one or more processing circuits configured to: acquire data from a plurality of communication devices, the data pertaining to a plu
