The invention claimed is: 1 . A carbon fiber precursor treatment agent comprising: a carbon nanostructure; and a surfactant, wherein the carbon nanostructure is present in the nonvolatile matter of the carbon fiber precursor treatment agent at a content of 10 ppm or more and less than or equal to 38462 ppm. 2 . The carbon fiber precursor treatment agent according to claim 1 , wherein the carbon nanostructure contains a carbon nanotube. 3 . The carbon fiber precursor treatment agent according to claim 2 , wherein the carbon nanotube is a single-wall carbon nanotube. 4 . The carbon fiber precursor treatment agent according to claim 1 , further comprising silicone. 5 . A carbon fiber precursor treatment agent-containing composition comprising the carbon fiber precursor treatment agent according to claim 1 and a solvent. 6 . A carbon fiber precursor to which the carbon fiber precursor treatment agent according to claim 1 is adhered.
