A method includes obtaining, by a data analytics device, data of a terminal on an access device and data of the terminal on an access and mobility management function device, where the data of the terminal on the access device includes a first identifier, and the access device is an access device, the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function device includes the first identifier, and the first identifier includes an identifier assigned by the access device to the terminal, associating, by the data analytics device, the data of the terminal on the access device with the data of the terminal on the access and mobility management function device based on the first identifier.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method comprising: receiving, by a data analytics device through a network management device, first data of a terminal from an access device in an access network; sending, by a user plane function device, second data of the terminal to the data analytics device, wherein the first data comprises first association information comprising a first identifier that is associated with an interface between the access device and the user plane function device, and wherein the second data comprises the first association information; and associating, by the data analytics device, the first data with the second data based on the first association information. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first identifier is allocated by the access device to the terminal on the interface, or the first identifier is allocated by the user plane function device to the terminal on the interface. 3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the second data further comprises second association information, and wherein the method further comprises: receiving, by the data analytics device, third data of the terminal from an application function device, wherein the third data comprises the second association information; and associating, by the data analytics device, the second data with the third data based on the second association information. 4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the third data further comprises third association information, and wherein the method further comprises: sending, by a session management function device, fourth data of the terminal to the data analytics device, wherein the fourth data comprises the third association information; and associating, by the data analytics device, the third data with the fourth data based on the third association information. 5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the fourth data further comprises fourth association information, and wherein the method further comprises: sending, by an access and mobility management device, fifth data of the terminal to the data analytics device, wherein the fifth data comprises the fourth association information; and associating, by the data analytics device, the fourth data with the fifth data based on the fourth association information. 6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the first association information, the second association information, the third association information, and the fourth association information further comprise a timestamp. 7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first identifier is access network tunnel information or core network tunnel information. 8 . A system comprising: a data analytics device configured to receive first data of a terminal from an access device in an access network; and a user plane function device configured to send second data of the terminal to the data analytics device, wherein the first data comprises first association information, wherein the first association information comprises a first identifier that is associated with an interface between the access device and the user plane function device, wherein the second data comprises the first association information, and wherein the data analytics device is further configured to associate the first data with the second data based on the first association information. 9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the first identifier is allocated by the access device to the terminal on the interface, or the first identifier is allocated by the user plane function device to the terminal on the interface. 10 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the second data further comprises second association information, and wherein the data analytics device is further configured to: receive third data of the terminal from an application function device, wherein the third data comprises the second association information; and associate the second data with the third data based on the second association information. 11 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the third data further comprises third association information, wherein the system further comprises a session management function device configured to send fourth data of the terminal to the data analytics device, wherein the fourth data comprises the third association information, and wherein the data analytics device is further configured to associate the third data with the fourth data based on the third association information. 12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the fourth data further comprises fourth association information, wherein the system further comprises an access and mobility management device configured to send fifth data of the terminal to the data analytics device, wherein the fifth data comprises the fourth association information, and wherein the data analytics device is further configured to associate the fourth data with the fifth data based on the fourth association information. 13 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the first association information, the second association information, the third association information, and the fourth association information further comprise a timestamp. 14 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the first identifier is access network tunnel information or core network tunnel information. 15 . A method comprising: receiving, by a data analytics device through a network management device, first data of a terminal from an access device in an access network, wherein the first data comprises first association information, and wherein the first association information comprises a first identifier associated with an interface between the access device and a user plane function device; receiving, by the data analytics device, second data of the terminal from the user plane function device, wherein the second data comprises the first association information; and associating, by the data analytics device, the first data with the second data based on the first association information. 16 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the first identifier is allocated by the access device to the terminal on the interface, or the first identifier is allocated by the user plane function device to the terminal on the interface. 17 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the second data further comprises second association information, and wherein the method further comprises: receiving, by the data analytics device, third data of the terminal from an application function device, wherein the third data comprises the second association information; and associating, by the data analytics device, the second data with the third data based on the second association information. 18 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the third data further comprises third association information, and wherein the method further comprises: receiving, by the data analytics device, fourth data of the terminal from a session management function device, wherein the fourth data comprises the third association information; and associating, by the data analytics device, the third data with the fourth data based on the third association information. 19 . The method of claim 18 , wherein the fourth data further comprises fourth association information, and wherein the method further comprises: receiving, by the data analytics device, fifth data of the terminal from an access and mobility management device, wherein the fifth data comprises the fourth association information; and associating, by the data analytics device, the fourth data with the fifth data based on the fourth association
