A wireless power transmission method by a wireless power transmission apparatus, according to an embodiment of the present specification, comprises: a ping step for transmitting a digital ping and receiving a response to the digital ping from a wireless power reception apparatus; a configuration step for receiving, from the wireless power reception apparatus, a configuration packet including information about elements of an initial power transmission contract; a contract step for receiving, from the wireless power reception apparatus, information about an element of an expanded power transmission contract for updating the initial power transmission contract to the expanded power transmission contract; and a power transmission step for transmitting wireless power to the wireless power reception apparatus, on the basis of the expanded power transmission contract, and receiving, from the wireless power reception apparatus, first control information for control of the wireless power, wherein the response to the digital ping and the configuration packet are received via in-band communication based on a power signal of the wireless power, and the first control information is received via out-band communication that is wireless communication different from the in-band communication.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method for transferring wireless power, the method performed by a wireless power transmitter and comprising: a ping phase of transmitting a digital ping and receiving a response to the digital ping from a wireless power receiver; a configuration phase of receiving a configuration packet including information on elements of an initial power transfer contract from the wireless power receiver; a negotiation phase of receiving information on an element of the extended power transfer contract for updating the initial power transfer contract into an extended power transfer contract from the wireless power receiver; and a power transfer phase of transferring the wireless power to the wireless power receiver based on the extended power transfer contract and receiving first control information for controlling the wireless power from the wireless power receiver, wherein the response to the digital ping and the configuration packet are received through in band communication based on a power signal of the wireless power, wherein the first control information is received through out band communication which is a wireless communication different from the in band communication. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein, in the power transfer phase, the wireless power transmitter transmits second control information for controlling the wireless power to the wireless power receiver, wherein the second control information is transmitted through the out band communication. 3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the second control information includes at least one of current voltage information of the wireless power transmitted by the wireless power transmitter, current current information, maximum voltage information, minimum voltage information, minimum current information, and temperature information of the wireless power transmitter. 4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first control information includes at least one of current voltage information of the wireless power received by the wireless power receiver, current current information, maximum voltage information, minimum voltage information, minimum current information, and temperature information of the wireless power receiver. 5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the information on the element of the extended power transfer contract is received through the out band communication. 6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the out band communication includes bluetooth communication, wherein the packet transmitted or received through the out band communication includes a bluetooth header and bluetooth data according to a bluetooth standard, wherein the bluetooth data includes a data packet defined in a wireless charging standard followed by the wireless power transmitter. 7 . A wireless power transmitter for transferring wireless power to a wireless power receiver, comprising: a power converter configured to transmit the wireless power to the wireless power receiver by magnetic coupling with the wireless power receiver at an operating frequency; and a controller configured to communicate with the wireless power receiver and to control the transfer of the wireless power using at least one of in band communication using the operating frequency and out band communication using a frequency other than the operating frequency, wherein the controller is configured to: transmit a digital ping and receive a response to the digital ping from a wireless power receiver; receive a configuration packet including information on elements of an initial power transfer contract from the wireless power receiver; receive information on an element of the extended power transfer contract for updating the initial power transfer contract into an extended power transfer contract from the wireless power receiver; and transfer the wireless power to the wireless power receiver based on the extended power transfer contract and receive first control information for controlling the wireless power from the wireless power receiver, wherein the response to the digital ping and the configuration packet are received through the in band communication, wherein the first control information is received through the out band communication. 8 . The wireless power transmitter of claim 7 , wherein the wireless power transmitter transmits second control information for controlling the wireless power to the wireless power receiver, wherein the second control information is transmitted through the out band communication. 9 . The wireless power transmitter of claim 8 , wherein the second control information includes at least one of current voltage information of the wireless power transmitted by the wireless power transmitter, current current information, maximum voltage information, minimum voltage information, minimum current information, and temperature information of the wireless power transmitter. 10 . The wireless power transmitter of claim 7 , wherein the first control information includes at least one of current voltage information of the wireless power received by the wireless power receiver, current current information, maximum voltage information, minimum voltage information, minimum current information, and temperature information of the wireless power receiver. 11 . The wireless power transmitter of claim 7 , wherein the information on the element of the extended power transfer contract is received through the out band communication. 12 . The wireless power transmitter of claim 7 , wherein the out band communication includes bluetooth communication, wherein the packet transmitted or received through the out band communication includes a bluetooth header and bluetooth data according to a bluetooth standard, wherein the bluetooth data includes a data packet defined in a wireless charging standard followed by the wireless power transmitter. 13 . A method for receiving wireless power, the method performed by a wireless power receiver and comprising: a ping phase of receiving a digital ping from a wireless power transmitter and transmitting a response to the digital ping to the wireless power transmitter; a configuration phase of transmitter a configuration packet including information on elements of an initial power transfer contract to the wireless power transmitter; a negotiation phase of transmitting information on an element of the extended power transfer contract for updating the initial power transfer contract into an extended power transfer contract to the wireless power transmitter; and a power transfer phase of receiving the wireless power from the wireless power transmitter based on the extended power transfer contract and transmitting first control information for controlling the wireless power to the wireless power transmitter, wherein the response to the digital ping and the configuration packet are transmitted through in band communication based on a power signal of the wireless power, wherein the first control information is transmitted through out band communication which is a wireless communication different from the in band communication. 14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the first control information includes at least one of current voltage information of the wireless power received by the wireless power receiver, current current information, maximum voltage information, minimum voltage information, minimum current information, and temperature information of the wireless power receiver. 15 .
