What is claimed is: 1 . A display device comprising: a display module including a display panel; an arm pivotally connected to the display module; a bottom case to which the arm is pivotally connected so as to allow the display module to be stored in the bottom case; and a top case hingedly connected to the bottom case, wherein the bottom case includes: an outer shell providing an accommodation space; a frame positioned in the accommodation space and coupled to the outer shell; and a top disposed opposite the outer shell with respect to the frame, the top covering the accommodation space, and wherein the top includes: an arm accommodating portion recessed toward the outer shell and accommodating the arm; and a drain hole formed in a portion of the arm accommodating portion. 2 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the arm accommodating portion includes: a pivot mount to which the arm is pivotally connected; and a cable hole formed in a lateral surface of the arm accommodating portion while being adjacent to the pivot mount, and wherein the drain hole is positioned in a periphery of the pivot mount. 3 . The display device of claim 2 , wherein the frame includes: at least one pair of beams elongated in a longitudinal direction of the arm; and a rib intersecting the at least one pair of beams, wherein the arm accommodating portion is positioned between the at least one pair of beams, and wherein the rib includes a trench formed as a portion of an upper portion of the rib is cut out. 4 . The display device of claim 3 , further comprising: a first closing gap formed between the frame and the top; a second closing gap formed between the outer shell and the top; and a third closing gap formed between the outer shell and the top case. 5 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the top case includes: an outer cover providing an accommodation space; a middle frame positioned in the accommodation space and coupled to the outer cover; and an inner cover coupled to the middle frame and facing the bottom case, wherein the middle frame includes: a horizontal plate facing the inner cover; and a side wall forming a wall with respect to the horizontal plate, and wherein the side wall forms a first obtuse angle with respect to the horizontal plate. 6 . The display device of claim 5 , wherein the top case opens the bottom case while forming a second obtuse angle with respect to the bottom case, and wherein the first obtuse angle is greater than the second obtuse angle. 7 . The display device of claim 6 , wherein an edge of the outer cover of the top case forms an open gap with an edge of the outer shell of the bottom case, and wherein the open gap is adjacent to the top case and a hinge of the bottom case. 8 . The display device of claim 5 , wherein the middle frame further includes a side curve that is connected to the side wall and depressed toward the outer cover, and wherein the side curve is adjacent to an edge of the outer shell of the bottom case. 9 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the display module is stored in the bottom case or stand up from the bottom case by a pivoting movement of the arm. 10 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the display module is configured to: be stored between the top and the top case while facing the top when the bottom case is closed by the top case; and stand up from the top while facing the top case when the bottom case is opened by the top case.
