A vehicle can receive audio data indicating speech from a citizens band (CB) radio channel. The vehicle can determine a location corresponding to information in the speech. The vehicle can determine an event corresponding to the location based on the information in the speech. The vehicle can automatically adjust operation according to the event and the location.

What is claimed is: 1 . An autonomous vehicle, comprising: one or more processors configured to: receive a first audio data indicating speech from a citizens band (CB) radio channel; identify a first information contained in the speech; receive a second audio data indicating a second speech from a citizens band (CB) radio channel; identify a second information contained in the second speech, wherein the second information is different than the first information; determine that the first information is associated with the second information; determine a location based on the first information and the second information in the speech; determine an event corresponding to the location based on the first information in the speech; and automatically adjust operation of the autonomous vehicle according to the event and the location. 2 . The autonomous vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are configured to automatically adjust operation of the autonomous vehicle by executing a navigational action comprising at least one of a change of speed or a change in direction. 3 . The autonomous vehicle of claim 2 , wherein the navigational action is configured to cause the autonomous vehicle to traverse a path determined based on the event and the location. 4 . The autonomous vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the automatic adjustment comprises a provision of at least one of an audial or a visual indication. 5 . The autonomous vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are configured to: receive additional audio data from a second vehicle, the additional audio data comprising additional location information; determine the additional audio data and at least one of the first audio data or the second audio data correspond to the event; and adjust the location to a second location based at least on the additional location information, wherein the one or more processors are configured to automatically adjust operation of the autonomous vehicle according to the location based on the second location. 6 . The autonomous vehicle of claim 5 , wherein the adjustment to the location comprises a reduction of an area of the location. 7 . The autonomous vehicle of claim 5 , wherein the one or more processors are configured to: provide the first audio data or the second audio data to the second vehicle, wherein the second vehicle adjusts operation according to the first audio data or the second audio data. 8 . The autonomous vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are configured to: receive additional audio data from a second autonomous vehicle, the additional audio data comprising additional location information; determine the additional audio data does not correspond to the event; and convey, to a third vehicle, the additional audio data and an indication that the additional audio data does not correspond to the event. 9 . The autonomous vehicle of claim 1 , wherein: at least one of the first audio data or the second audio data comprises an identification of the CB radio channel; and the one or more processors are configured to determine the location or the event based on the CB radio channel. 10 . The autonomous vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are configured to: generate a transcript comprising the speech from at least one of the first audio data or the second audio data, wherein the event and the location are determined based on the speech in the transcript. 11 . A method, comprising: receiving, by an autonomous vehicle, a first audio data indicating speech from a citizens band (CB) radio channel; identify a first information contained in the speech; receive a second audio data indicating a second speech from a citizens band (CB) radio channel; identify a second information contained in the second speech, wherein the second information is different than the first information; determine that the first information is associated with the second information; determining, by the autonomous vehicle, a location based on the first information and the second information in the speech; determining, by the autonomous vehicle, an event corresponding to the location based on the first information in the speech; and adjusting, by the autonomous vehicle, an operation of the autonomous vehicle according to the event and the location without intervention from a user. 12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the adjustment comprises a navigational action comprising at least one of a change of speed or a change in direction of the autonomous vehicle. 13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the navigational action comprises: traversing a path determined based on the event and the location. 14 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the adjustment comprises: providing at least one of an audial or a visual indication. 15 . The method of claim 11 , comprising: providing, by the autonomous vehicle, at least one of the first audio data or the second audio data to a second autonomous vehicle, the first audio data or the second audio data comprising location information; receiving, by the autonomous vehicle, additional audio data from the second autonomous vehicle, the additional audio data comprising additional location information; determining, by the autonomous vehicle, the additional audio data and at least one of the first audio data or the second audio data correspond to the event; and adjusting, by the autonomous vehicle, the location to a second location based on at least the additional location information. 16 . The method of claim 15 , wherein: the adjustment to the location comprises a reduction of an area of the location. 17 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising: providing, by the autonomous vehicle, the second location to the second autonomous vehicle. 18 . The method of claim 11 , comprising: receiving, by the autonomous vehicle, additional audio data from a second vehicle, the additional audio data comprising additional location information; determining, by the autonomous vehicle, that the additional audio data does not correspond to the event; and conveying, by the autonomous vehicle to a third vehicle, the additional audio data and an indication that the additional audio data does not correspond to the event to the third vehicle. 19 . The method of claim 11 , comprising: determining, by the autonomous vehicle, the location or the event based on an identification of the CB radio channel. 20 . The method of claim 11 , comprising: generating, by the autonomous vehicle, a transcript comprising the speech from at least one of the first audio data or the second audio data, wherein the event and the location are determined based on the speech in the transcript.
