An electric cutting device includes: a pair of cutting blades clamping and cutting an object; an electric motor generating a driving force for operating the cutting blades; a controller controlling the electric motor; and an operation device switched between an ON state and an OFF state by a user operation. After the operation device enters into the ON state and the pair of cutting blades start operating in a closing direction, the controller is configured to: open the pair of cutting blades when the cutting of the object is completed while the operation device is kept in the ON state; and stop closing the pair of cutting blades when the operation device changes from the ON state to the OFF state at a timing before the cutting of the object is completed.

What is claimed is: 1 . An electric cutting device, comprising: a pair of cutting blades configured to clamp and cut an object; an electric motor configured to generate a driving force necessary for operating the cutting blades; a controller configured to: control an operation of the electric motor; monitor one or more operating parameters of the electric motor; and determine that cutting of the object by the cutting blades is completed based on detecting a change in value of the one or more operating parameters that satisfies a threshold condition indicative of breakage of the object; and an operation switch configured to be switched between an ON state and an OFF state by a user operation, wherein after the operation switch enters into the ON state and the pair of cutting blades start operating in a closing direction, the controller is configured to: start an operation of opening the pair of cutting blades in a case where the cutting of the object is completed while the operation switch is kept in the ON state; and stop an operation of closing the pair of cutting blades in a case where the operation switch changes from the ON state to the OFF state at a timing before the cutting of the object is completed. 2 . The cutting device according to claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to: start the operation of opening the pair of cutting blades after the operation device-switch changes from the ON state to the OFF state and the operation of closing the pair of cutting blades is stopped. 3 . The cutting device according to claim 1 , wherein in the determining, the controller is configured to perform the determination based on current supplied to the electric motor. 4 . The cutting device according to claim 3 , wherein in the determining, the controller determines that the cutting of the object by the cutting blades is completed in a case where the current supplied to the electric motor decreases by a predetermined percentage from a maximum value of the current. 5 . The cutting device according to claim 1 , wherein in the determining, the controller is configured to perform the determination based on a number of rotations of the electric motor. 6 . The cutting device according to claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to: start the operation of opening the pair of cutting blades even if the cutting blades reach a predetermined position while the operation switch is kept in the ON state. 7 . The cutting device according to claim 6 , wherein the controller is configured to: stop the operation of closing the pair of cutting blades in a case where the operation switch changes from the ON state to the OFF state at a timing before the cutting blades reach the predetermined position and before the cutting of the object is completed. 8 . The cutting device according to claim 1 , wherein the one or more operating parameters include a first parameter indicative of rotational movement of the electric motor and a second parameter indicative of an electrical state of the electric motor. 9 . An electric cutting device, comprising: a pair of cutting blades configured to clamp and cut an object; an electric motor configured to generate a driving force necessary for operating the cutting blades; an operation switch configured to be switched between an ON state and an OFF state by a user operation; and a controller configured to: control an operation of the electric motor; and determine whether cutting of the object by the cutting blades is completed; and wherein after the operation switch enters into the ON state and the pair of cutting blades start operating in a closing direction, the controller is configured to: start an operation of opening the pair of cutting blades in a case where the cutting of the object is completed while the operation switch is kept in the ON state; and stop an operation of closing the pair of cutting blades in a case where the operation switch changes from the ON state to the OFF state at a timing before the cutting of the object is completed, wherein the operation switch includes a first operation switch and a second operation switch provided at different positions, and wherein the controller is configured to: in a case where only the first operation switch enters into the ON state, perform normal control to perform the operation of opening the pair of cutting blades after performing the operation of closing the pair of cutting blades, and in a case where both the first operation switch and the second operation device switch enter into the ON state, perform closed-keep control to maintain the pair of cutting blades in a closed state after performing the operation of closing the pair of cutting blades. 10 . The cutting device according to claim 9 , wherein the controller is configured to: stop the operation of closing the pair of cutting blades in a case where at least one of the first operation switch and the second operation switch enters into the OFF state at a timing after starting the closed-keep control and before the operation of closing the pair of cutting blades is completed. 11 . The cutting device according to claim 10 , wherein the controller is configured to: start the operation of opening the pair of cutting blades after at least one of the first operation switch and the second operation switch enters into the OFF state and the operation of closing the pair of cutting blades is stopped.
