In an embodiment a headrest position adjustment apparatus includes a fixing frame having a guide plate including a first slide hole at an upper end portion and a second slide hole at a lower end portion, wherein a rear surface portion of the fixing frame is configured to be mounted to a high-back board, a first motor mounted on the fixing frame, wherein the first motor is configured to move a headrest, a fixing guide mounted on the fixing frame, wherein the fixing guide has a pair of first guide pipes facing forward, a first slide including upper guide holes arranged on an upper position on opposite sides of the first slider and lower guide holes arranged on a lower position of the opposite sides of the first slider and into which the first guide pipes are inserted, and a second slider mounted on the headrest.

What is claimed is: 1 . A headrest position adjustment apparatus comprising: a housing mounted on a front surface portion of a high-back board; a headrest mounted on the housing such that the headrest is capable of being slidably moved forward and backward; a fixing frame having a guide plate comprising a first slide hole on an upper end portion and a second slide hole on a lower end portion, the fixing frame being mounted inside the housing; a first motor mounted on the fixing frame, the first motor having a first lead screw facing forward as an output shaft; a fixing guide mounted on the fixing frame, the fixing guide having a pair of first guide pipes facing forward; a first slider comprising: an arm screw hole into which the first lead screw is inserted such that the first lead screw is capable of being rotated, upper guide holes arranged on an upper position on opposite sides of the first slider, and lower guide holes arranged on a lower position of the opposite sides of the first slider and into which the first guide pipes are inserted; a second slider mounted on the headrest, the second slider having a pair of second guide pipes facing backward such that the second guide pipes are inserted into the upper guide holes; and a link device connected between the fixing frame and the second slider, the link device being configured to push the second slider forward or to pull the second slider backward. 2 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second slider comprises auxiliary guide holes through which front end portions of the first guide pipes of the fixing guide pass, the auxiliary guide holes are arranged on a lower position of opposite sides of the second slider. 3 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second slider comprises an interference avoidance hole through which a front end portion of the first lead screw of the first motor passes through. 4 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second slider comprises integrally formed mounting ends configured to be mounted to the headrest, the mounting ends arranged at four corners of the second slider. 5 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the link device comprises: a pair of rear links respectively hinge-mounted on an upper surface portion and a lower surface portion of each guide plate of the fixing frame; a pair of front links respectively hinge-mounted on an upper surface portion and a lower surface portion of the second slider; and a first lever and a second lever having front end portions hinge-fastened to the front links and having rear end portions hinge-fastened to the rear links such that the first lever and the second lever are arranged in an X shape. 6 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 5 , wherein the link device further comprises a guide pin inserted into the first slide hole of the guide plate from an intersection point of the first lever and the second lever such that the guide pin is capable of being moved forward and backward, the guide pin is inserted into and fixed to an upper surface portion of the first slider. 7 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 6 , wherein a fixing groove where a lower end portion of the guide pin which is inserted from the intersection point of the first lever and the second lever and which passes through the first slide hole is inserted thereinto and fixed thereto is formed on the upper surface portion of the first slider. 8 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising: a headrest height adjustment apparatus mountable inside the high-back board; and a connection bracket connected to the headrest height adjustment apparatus, wherein the high-back board is mountable on a rear surface portion of the fixing frame. 9 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the headrest height adjustment apparatus comprises: a fixing bracket mountable inside the high-back board, a pair of third guide pipes connected between an upper portion and a lower portion of the fixing bracket, a lifting plate fastened to the connection bracket and also fastened to the third guide pipes such that the lifting plate is capable of being lifted, and a second motor mounted on the rear surface portion of the fixing bracket so as to drive the lifting plate. 10 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 9 , wherein an arm screw body is formed on a rear surface portion of the lifting plate, and a second lead screw fastened to the arm screw body is mounted on an output portion of the second motor such that the second lead screw faces upward. 11 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 9 , wherein a lifting guide hole for securing a lifting space of the connection bracket is formed through the fixing bracket. 12 . A headrest position adjustment apparatus comprising: a fixing frame having a guide plate comprising a first slide hole on an upper end portion and a second slide hole on a lower end portion, wherein a rear surface portion of the fixing frame is configured to be mounted to a high-back board; a first motor mounted on the fixing frame, wherein the first motor is configured to move a headrest; a fixing guide mounted on the fixing frame, wherein the fixing guide has a pair of first guide pipes facing forward; a first slider comprising: upper guide holes arranged on an upper position on opposite sides of the first slider, and lower guide holes arranged on a lower position of the opposite sides of the first slider and into which the first guide pipes are inserted; a second slider mounted on the headrest, the second slider having a pair of second guide pipes facing backward such that the second guide pipes are inserted into the upper guide holes; and a link device connected between the fixing frame and the second slider, wherein the link device is configured to push the second slider forward or to pull the second slider backward. 13 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the link device comprises: a pair of rear links respectively hinge-mounted on an upper surface portion and a lower surface portion of each guide plate of the fixing frame; a pair of front links respectively hinge-mounted on an upper surface portion and a lower surface portion of the second slider; and a first lever and a second lever having front end portions hinge-fastened to the front links and having rear end portions hinge-fastened to the rear links such that the first lever and the second lever are arranged in an X shape. 14 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the second slider comprises integrally formed mounting ends configured to be mounted to the headrest, the mounting ends arranged at four corners of the second slider. 15 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 12 , further comprising a headrest height adjustment apparatus comprising: a fixing bracket mountable inside the high-back board, and a second motor mounted on a rear surface portion of the fixing bracket, the second motor configured to move the headrest. 16 . The headrest position adjustment apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the link device comprises a plurality of link devices, wherein a first link device is arranged at the upper end portion of the fixing frame, and wherein a second link device is arranged at the lower end portion of the fixing frame. 17 .
