What is claimed is: 1 . A gutter guard comprising: a mesh decking having a plurality of orifices, a gutter lip side and a roof side; a plurality of main folds of the mesh decking extending from the gutter lip side to the roof side, forming a plurality of unitary girders under the mesh decking; secondary folds on opposing ends of the plurality of main folds; a roof attachment rail, coupled to a flattened gutter lip side end; and a gutter lip attachment rail, coupled to a flattened roof side end, wherein the gutter guard is self-supporting due to the plurality of unitary girders. 2 . The gutter guard of claim 1 , wherein the decking is at least one of pre-tensioned woven strands of material and inter-woven diagonal strands of material. 3 . The gutter guard of claim 1 , wherein girders of the plurality of unitary girders are equidistant from each other. 4 . The gutter guard of claim 1 , wherein a girder of the plurality of unitary girders spans the decking in a non-orthogonal orientation. 5 . The gutter guard of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the roof attachment rail and the gutter lip attachment rail have a receiving center configured for securing the mesh decking to the respective attachment member. 6 . A gutter guard comprising: a mesh decking having a plurality of orifices, a gutter lip side and a roof side; a plurality of main folds of the mesh decking extending from the gutter lip side to the roof side, forming a plurality of girders protruding under the mesh decking; and a plurality of height-reducing bends at the gutter lip side end and roof side end of the plurality of main folds, reducing a terminal end height of the main folds; wherein the gutter guard is self-supporting due to the plurality of girders. 7 . The gutter guard of claim 6 , wherein the mesh decking is at least one of pre-tensioned woven strands of material and inter-woven diagonal strands of material. 8 . The gutter guard of claim 6 , further comprising: a roof attachment member, coupled to the gutter lip side end; and a gutter lip attachment member, coupled to the roof side end. 9 . The gutter guard of claim 6 , wherein girders of the plurality of girders are equidistant from each other. 10 . The gutter guard of claim 6 , wherein a girder of the plurality of girders spans the mesh decking in a non-orthogonal orientation. 11 . The gutter guard of claim 6 , wherein at least one of the roof attachment member and the gutter lip attachment member have a receiving center configured for securing the mesh decking to the respective attachment member.
