A shower column with a liftable showerhead includes a faucet and a top base in which are connected by an outer rod. The faucet has a first outlet hole facing the outer rod. A front of the outer rod has an elongated hole extending along a top-bottom direction. An inner tube is engaged with the first outlet hole. A liftable tube slidably fits around an inner tube. A spring is provided between the liftable tube and the inner tube. A connecting base passes through the elongated hole and is connected between the liftable tube and a sprayhead of a showerhead structure. The sprayhead has several spraying holes communicating with an inside of the liftable tube. When using the present invention, the faucet and top base are engaged with a wall.
