What is claimed is: 1 . An oil or gas pipeline comprising: a fluid source in contact with the oil or gas pipeline, wherein the fluid source comprises a corrosion inhibitor composition comprising: a first compound having the structure a second compound having the structure a third compound having the structure or combinations thereof. 2 . The oil or gas pipeline of claim 1 , wherein the fluid source further comprises a liquid hydrocarbon, gas, produced water, or injectate. 3 . The oil or gas pipeline of claim 2 , wherein the fluid source further comprises the liquid hydrocarbon, wherein the liquid hydrocarbon comprises oil. 4 . The oil or gas pipeline of claim 2 , wherein the fluid source further comprises hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, oxygen, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, sulfur dioxide, or combinations thereof. 5 . The oil or gas pipeline of claim 1 , wherein the corrosion inhibitor composition further comprises asphaltene inhibitors, paraffin inhibitors, scale inhibitors, emulsifiers, water clarifiers, dispersants, emulsion breakers, or combinations thereof. 6 . The oil or gas pipeline of claim 1 , being in fluid communication with a subterranean formation. 7 . The oil or gas pipeline of claim 6 , configured to transport the fluid source toward, into, or out of a subterranean formation. 8 . The oil or gas pipeline of claim 1 , wherein one or more of the first compound, the second compound, or the third compound is formed by a reaction between i) gamma-undecalactone, delta-undecalactone, or gamma-octalactone and ii) N,N dimethylpropane-1,3-diamine. 9 . A corrosion inhibitor composition comprising: a fluid source comprising a liquid hydrocarbon, gas, produced water, or injectate; and a hydroxyamide component comprising: a first compound having the structure a second compound having the structure a third compound having the structure or combinations thereof. 10 . The corrosion inhibitor composition of claim 9 , wherein the fluid source comprises the liquid hydrocarbon, wherein the liquid hydrocarbon comprises oil. 11 . The corrosion inhibitor composition of claim 9 , wherein the fluid source further comprises hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, oxygen, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, sulfur dioxide, or combinations thereof. 12 . The corrosion inhibitor composition of claim 9 , further comprising asphaltene inhibitors, paraffin inhibitors, scale inhibitors, emulsifiers, water clarifiers, dispersants, emulsion breakers, or combinations thereof. 13 . The corrosion inhibitor composition of claim 9 , wherein one or more of the first compound, the second compound, or the third compound is formed by a reaction between i) gamma-undecalactone, delta-undecalactone, or gamma-octalactone and ii) N,N dimethylpropane-1,3-diamine. 14 . A method of inhibiting corrosion in an oil or gas pipeline, comprising: transporting a fluid source in the oil or gas pipeline, wherein the fluid source comprises a corrosion inhibitor composition comprising: a first compound having the structure a second compound having the structure a third compound having the structure or combinations thereof. 15 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the fluid source further comprises a liquid hydrocarbon, gas, produced water, or injectate. 16 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the fluid source further comprises the liquid hydrocarbon, wherein the liquid hydrocarbon comprises oil. 17 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the fluid source further comprises hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, oxygen, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, sulfur dioxide, or combinations thereof. 18 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the corrosion inhibitor composition further comprises asphaltene inhibitors, paraffin inhibitors, scale inhibitors, emulsifiers, water clarifiers, dispersants, emulsion breakers, or combinations thereof. 19 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the oil or gas pipeline is in fluid communication with a subterranean formation. 20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the fluid source is transported in the oil or gas pipeline toward, into, or out of the subterranean formation.
