That which is claimed is: 1 . A method for insulating a box defining a box cavity and a box opening, the method comprising: positioning an insulated panel adjacent to and in contact with a side panel of the box, the side panel defining an inwardly extending shoulder within the box cavity, the insulated panel comprising an insulation batt and a sheet, wherein: the insulation batt comprises a repulpable material; and the insulated panel defines a border defining a seam extending around a perimeter of the insulation batt; attaching the seam of the border to a portion of a perimeter area on the inwardly extending shoulder of the side panel; and supporting a box top on the inwardly extending shoulder so that an outermost perimeter of the box top is disposed within the box cavity and encloses the box opening. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein: the seam of the border is a first seam; the portion of the perimeter area is a first portion; and the method further comprises attaching a second seam of the border to a second portion of the perimeter area of the side panel. 3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein: the first seam of the border extends outwards from the insulation batt; the second seam of the border is folded inwards and disposed between the insulation batt and the side panel; and the first seam is substantially perpendicular to the second seam. 4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein: the sheet is a first sheet; the insulated panel further comprises a second sheet; the first sheet is attached to the second sheet to form the border; and the method further comprises: attaching the first sheet to a first portion of the perimeter area of the side panel; and attaching the second sheet to a second portion of the perimeter area of the side panel. 5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: enclosing the insulation batt between the sheet and the side panel. 6 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: positioning the insulated panel in facing contact with an outer side surface of the side panel. 7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the insulation batt and the sheet are flat and substantially planar before being positioned adjacent to the side panel of the box. 8 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising a top panel comprising a top internal batt comprising a recyclable foam layer attached to a top sheet and a bottom panel comprising a bottom internal batt comprising a recyclable foam layer attached to a bottom sheet. 9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein each side panel of the box comprises an adjacent internal panel comprising the insulation batt and the sheet, and wherein the insulation batt is a recyclable foam layer, and the sheet is a paper fiber-based material. 10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the seam of the insulated panel defines a top seam, and the insulated panel defines a bottom seam, and wherein attaching the top seam to the portion of the perimeter area of the side panel comprises attaching the top seam to a top end portion of the perimeter area of the box. 11 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the method further comprises attaching the seam to a bottom end portion of the perimeter area of the box. 12 . A method comprising: forming a box defining a cavity and an opening, and comprising a first side panel, the first side panel comprising a shoulder extending into the cavity of the box; supporting a box top on the shoulder of the first side panel so that an outermost perimeter of the box top is disposed within the cavity and encloses the opening; adhering a foam insulation to a first paper fiber sheet to form an insulation panel comprising a seam; and positioning the foam insulation adjacent to the first side panel of the box, wherein the foam insulation contacts the first side panel of the box. 13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the first side panel and a second side panel are a first pair of opposing side panels, and a third side panel and a fourth side panel are a second pair of opposing side panels; and wherein the first pair of opposing side panels is substantially perpendicular to the second pair of opposing side panels. 14 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the insulation panel is positioned within the cavity and attached to an internal side of the first side panel. 15 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the insulation panel is shaped and sized complimentary to a horizontal cross-section of the box to provide a close fit within the cavity of the box. 16 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the insulation panel fully covers a height and a width of the first side panel. 17 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the foam insulation of the insulation panel is enclosed between the first paper fiber sheet and the first side panel. 18 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the foam insulation is attached to the first paper fiber sheet and the first side panel with adhesive. 19 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising folding the first side panel at a hinge to form the shoulder. 20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the shoulder of the first side panel is folded inward at the hinge to define the shoulder.
