An electronic device is provided, which receives a user input from a peripheral device, transmits a request associated with a share function for the peripheral device to at least one external electronic device near the electronic device, receives a response to the request from the at least one external electronic device, determines whether the at least one external electronic device is registered to a same user account, determines whether the share function for the peripheral device is allowed at the at least one external electronic device, and if the at least one external electronic device is registered to the same user account and the share function is allowed at the at least one external electronic device, and based on a determination that the user input corresponds to a location of a cursor being out of the display screen, transmits input information associated with the user input from the peripheral device to the at least one external electronic device, such that the cursor is displayed at the at least one external electronic device.

What is claimed is: 1 . An electronic device, comprising: a display screen; at least one wireless communication circuit; a memory storing instructions; and at least one processor, wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the electronic device to: receive a user input from a peripheral device through a first connection between the electronic device and the peripheral device, transmit a request associated with a share function for the peripheral device to at least one external electronic device near the electronic device, receive a response to the request from the at least one external electronic device, determine whether the at least one external electronic device is registered to a same user account as the electronic device, determine whether the share function for the peripheral device is allowed at the at least one external electronic device, and in case that the at least one external electronic device is registered to the same user account as the electronic device and the share function for the peripheral device is allowed at the at least one external electronic device, and based on a determination that the user input corresponds to a location of a cursor being out of the display screen, transmit input information associated with the user input from the peripheral device to the at least one external electronic device through a second connection between the electronic device and the at least one external electronic device such that the cursor is caused to be displayed at the at least one external electronic device based on the transmitted input information. 2 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the share function includes a function for moving a location of the cursor displayed at the at least one external device based on the user input received from the peripheral device. 3 . An electronic device, comprising: a display screen; at least one wireless communication circuit; a memory storing instructions; and at least one processor, wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the electronic device to: receive a first user input from a peripheral device through a first connection between the electronic device and the peripheral device, transmit a request associated with a share function for the peripheral device to at least one external electronic device near the electronic device, receive a response to the request from the at least one external electronic device which is registered to a same user account as the electronic device and allows the share function, based on a determination that the first user input from the peripheral device corresponds to a location of a cursor being out of the display screen, transmit input information associated with the first user input to the at least one external electronic device, which is registered to the same user account as the electronic device and allows the share function, through a second connection between the electronic device and the at least one external electronic device such that the cursor is caused to be displayed at the at least one external electronic device based on the transmitted input information. 4 . The electronic device of claim 3 , wherein the first connection and the second connection use different communication protocols. 5 . The electronic device of claim 3 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, further cause the electronic device to: activate the share function based on a second user input for selecting a menu associated with the share function displayed on the display screen. 6 . The electronic device of claim 3 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, further cause the electronic device to: receive a second user input for selecting an external electronic device from among the at least one external electronic device, and transmit the input information associated with the second user input from the peripheral device to the selected external electronic device through the second connection. 7 . The electronic device of claim 3 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, further cause the electronic device to: when the first user input corresponds to a specified function of the at least one external electronic device, transmit control information for performing the specified function to the at least one external device. 8 . The electronic device of claim 3 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, further cause the electronic device to: when a second user input for terminating the share function is received or when a location of the electronic device is out of a specified region, terminate the share function. 9 . The electronic device of claim 3 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, further cause the electronic device to: based on a determination that the first user input corresponds to a position of the cursor within the display screen, perform an operation corresponding to the first user input. 10 . A method of an electronic device, comprising: receiving a first user input from a peripheral device through a first connection between the electronic device and the peripheral device; transmitting a request associated with a share function for the peripheral device to at least one external electronic device near the electronic device; receiving a response to the request from the at least one external electronic device which is registered to a same user account as the electronic device and allows the share function; based on a determination that the first user input corresponds to a location of a cursor being out of a display screen of the electronic device, transmitting input information associated with the first user input from the peripheral device to the at least one external electronic device, which is registered to the same user account as the electronic device and allows the share function, through a second connection between the electronic device and the at least one external electronic device such that the cursor is caused to be displayed at the at least one external electronic device based on the transmitted input information. 11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the first connection and the second connection use different communication protocols. 12 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the share function includes a function for moving a location of the cursor displayed at the at least one external device based on the first user input received from the peripheral device. 13 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising: activating the share function based on a second user input for selecting a menu associated with the share function displayed on the display screen. 14 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising: receiving a second user input for selecting an external electronic device from among the at least one external electronic device; and transmitting the input information associated with the second user input from the peripheral device to the selected external electronic device through the second connection. 15 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising: outputting information associated with at least one external electronic device connected to the electronic device or information indicating that the first user input from the peripheral device is shared by the external electronic device. 16 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising: when the first user input corresponds to a specified function of the a
