What is claimed is: 1 . A wireless power transmitter comprising: a power conversion unit configured to transmit a wireless power to a wireless power receiver by magnetic coupling with the wireless power receiver at an operating frequency; and a communication/control unit configured to communicate with the wireless power receiver using at least one of in-band communication using the operating frequency and out-band communication using a frequency other than the operating frequency, wherein the wireless power transmitter is configured to: exchange, with the wireless power receiver through the in-band communication, a reference quality factor, a quality factor threshold, a reference peak frequency and peak frequency threshold; establish the out-band communication with the wireless power receiver; detect that the wireless power receiver moved based on a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) of the out-band communication; based on detecting that the wireless power receiver moved, determine whether a difference between the reference quality factor and a measured quality factor exceeds the quality factor threshold; based on the difference being equal to or less than the quality factor threshold, determine whether a difference between the reference peak frequency and a measured peak frequency exceeds the peak frequency threshold; based on the difference exceeding the peak frequency threshold, stop transmitting the wireless power; and transmit, through the out-band communication, information for that the wireless power receiver is misaligned. 2 . The wireless power transmitter of claim 1 , wherein the wireless power transmitter is configured to transmit the information through the out-band communication in a state of which the in-band communication with the wireless power receiver is impossible. 3 . The wireless power transmitter of claim 1 , wherein the information includes information for a change in a charging environment that occurs after a transfer of the wireless power to the wireless power receiver is started. 4 . The wireless power transmitter of claim 1 , wherein the wireless power transmitter is configured to communicate with a device other than the wireless power receiver through the out-band communication, and transmits the information to the device through the out-band communication. 5 . The wireless power transmitter of claim 1 , wherein the wireless power transmitter is configured to confirm distance information between the wireless power transmitter and the wireless power receiver using the out-band communication.
