A tank assembly for a pressure-assist toilet includes a flush assembly having an outer chamber and an inner chamber disposed in the outer chamber. The flush assembly further includes a flush valve disposed in the inner chamber, and a pilot valve disposed in the inner chamber and extending through the flush valve. The tank assembly further includes an actuator engaging the pilot valve and configured to hold the pilot valve at each of a first height, a second height offset a first distance from the first height, and a third height offset a second distance from the first height greater than a first distance.

What is claimed is: 1 . A tank assembly for a pressure-assist toilet, the tank assembly comprising: an outer chamber; an inner chamber disposed in the outer chamber; a flush valve disposed in the inner chamber; a pilot valve engaging the flush valve; and an actuator engaging the pilot valve. 2 . The tank assembly of claim 1 , wherein the pilot valve is disposed in the inner chamber. 3 . The tank assembly of claim 1 , wherein the pilot valve extends through the flush valve. 4 . The tank assembly of claim 1 , wherein the actuator is configured to hold the pilot valve at each of a first height, a second height offset a first distance from the first height, and a third height offset a second distance from the first height greater than the first distance. 5 . The tank assembly of claim 4 , wherein each of the first height, the second height, and the third height correspond to a different portion of a flush sequence. 6 . The tank assembly of claim 4 , wherein at the second height, the flush valve is seated against the outer chamber, and wherein at the third height, the flush valve is unseated from the outer chamber. 7 . The tank assembly of claim 4 , wherein at the second height, a siphon is not formed in the toilet, and wherein at the third height, the siphon is formed in the toilet. 8 . The tank assembly of claim 1 , wherein the actuator comprises a motor and a cam coupled to the motor and configured to rotate about a cam axis, the cam defining an outer periphery including a first arc configured to move the pilot valve to a first height, a second arc configured to move the pilot valve to a second height less than the first height, and a third arc configured to move the pilot valve to a third height less than the first height and different than the second height. 9 . The tank assembly of claim 8 , wherein the cam defines a non-constant radius. 10 . A flush assembly comprising: an outer chamber; an inner chamber; a flush valve disposed in the inner chamber; a pilot valve disposed in the inner chamber; and an actuator engaging the pilot valve. 11 . The flush assembly of claim 10 , wherein the pilot valve extends through the flush valve. 12 . The flush assembly of claim 10 , further comprising: a pressure regulator configured to selectively provide water to the outer chamber, the pressure regulator configured to provide water to the outer chamber when an outer chamber pressure is below a predetermined threshold pressure. 13 . The flush assembly of claim 10 , wherein the actuator includes a motor and a cam coupled to the motor and configured to rotate about a cam axis. 14 . The flush assembly of claim 13 , wherein the inner chamber includes an upper end which is coupled to and sealingly engages an upper end of the outer chamber. 15 . The flush assembly of claim 13 , wherein the inner chamber includes an open lower end. 16 . A flush assembly for a pressure-assist toilet, the flush assembly comprising: an outer chamber; an inner chamber disposed in the outer chamber; a flush valve disposed in the inner chamber; a pilot valve extending through the flush valve; and an actuator engaging the pilot valve. 17 . The flush assembly of claim 16 , wherein the pilot valve engages the flush valve. 18 . The flush assembly of claim 16 , wherein the inner chamber includes an upper end which is coupled to and sealingly engages an upper end of the outer chamber, and wherein the inner chamber includes an open lower end. 19 . The flush assembly of claim 16 , wherein the pilot valve includes a stem and a plunger extending radially outward from the stem, further comprising: a pilot valve biasing member disposed between the plunger and an upper end of the inner chamber. 20 . The flush assembly of claim 16 , wherein the outer chamber includes a chamber outlet, wherein the flush valve includes valve body and a flange extending radially outward from the valve body, and wherein the flange has a diameter which is greater than a diameter of the chamber outlet.
