An organic light emitting device having improved driving voltage, efficiency and lifetime, the organic light emitting device having an anode, a cathode, and a light emitting layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, wherein the light emitting layer includes a compound of the following Chemical Formula 1, and a compound of the following Chemical Formula 2:

The invention claimed is: 1 . An organic light emitting device comprising: an anode; a cathode; and a light emitting layer disposed between the anode and the cathode; wherein the light emitting layer includes a compound of the following Chemical Formula 1-1 and a compound of the following Chemical Formula 2 co-deposited in a weight ratio from 5:5 to 7:3 in combination with a dopant material that includes an iridium complex: wherein in Chemical Formula 1-1: L 1 and L 2 are each a single bond, and l is 1; X 1 is any one selected from among the following: R 1 and R 2 are each hydrogen, and n and m are 4; and Ar 1 s a phenyl or biphenyl; wherein in Chemical Formula 2: L 3 is a single bond or phenylene, and L 4 is a single bond; o is 1; X 2 is O or S; A is Y 1 , Y 2 and Y 3 are each independently N or CH, with the proviso that at least two of Y 1 , Y 2 and Y 3 are N; and a) Ar 2 is phenyl, and Ar 3 is biphenyl; or b) Ar 2 is phenyl or biphenyl, and Ar 3 is terphenylyl, triphenylenyl, diphenylfluorenyl, carbazolyl, phenylcarbazolyl, dibenzofuranyl, dibenzothiophenyl, phenyl substituted with carbazole, phenyl substituted with dibenzofuranyl, phenyl substituted with dibenzothiophenyl, or phenyl substituted with benzothiazolyl. 2 . The organic light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the compound of Chemical Formula 1-1 is any one compound selected from among the following compounds: 3 . The organic light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein Chemical Formula 2 is the following Chemical Formula 2-1 to Chemical Formula 2-4: wherein in Chemical Formula 2-1 to Chemical Formula 2-4, L 3 , L 4 , X 2 , A, Y 1 , Y 2 , Y 3 , Ar 2 and Ar 3 are as defined in claim 1 . 4 . The organic light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the compound of Chemical Formula 2 is any one compound selected from among the following compounds: 5 . The organic light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the dopant material is co-deposited in an amount of 6%-12% based on the total weight of the light emitting layer.
