Official abstract text for this publication.
A user equipment (UE) is described. The UE includes receiving circuitry configured to receive downlink control information (DCI) for uplink transmission with reduced capability. The DCI includes a time domain resource assignment field The UE also includes a processor. The processor is configured to determine a resource allocation based on the DCI with the time domain resource assignment field.

What is claimed is: 1 . A user equipment (UE) comprising: receiving circuitry configured to: receive a radio resource control (RRC) configuration used to configure a reduced capability UE to determine whether how to interpret a bit field for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource indicator in a downlink control information (DCI) format is used as the PUCCH resource indicator, wherein the DCI format is used for scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and receive the DCI format and the PDSCH; and transmitting circuitry configured to transmit, using a PUCCH, a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request-Acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) for the PDSCH in accordance with a reduced capability UE specific procedure. 2 . A method performed by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising: receiving a radio resource control (RRC) configuration used to configure a reduced capability UE to determine whether a bit field for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource indicator in a downlink control information (DCI) format is used as the PUCCH resource indicator, wherein the DCI format is used for scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH); receiving the DCI format and the PDSCH; and transmitting, using a PUCCH, a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request-Acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) for the PDSCH in accordance with a reduced capability UE specific procedure. 3 . A base station comprising: transmitting circuitry configured to: transmit a radio resource control (RRC) configuration used to configure a reduced capability user equipment (UE) to determine whether, how to a bit field for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource indicator in a downlink control information (DCI) format is used as the PUCCH resource indicator, wherein the DCI format is used for scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and transmit the DCI format and the PDSCH; and receiving circuitry configured to receive, using a PUCCH, a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request-Acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) for the PDSCH in accordance with a reduced capability UE specific procedure. 4 . The UE according to claim 1 , wherein the RRC configuration is a reduced capability UE specific configuration. 5 . The base station according to claim 3 , wherein the RRC configuration is a reduced capability UE specific configuration.
