An electrolyte solution production device includes an electrolysis unit and a housing in which the electrolysis unit is disposed. The electrolysis unit is configured to electrolyze a liquid, and includes a stacked body having a cathode, an anode, and a conductive film between the cathode and the anode, the cathode and the anode constituting electrodes adjacent to each other. the housing includes an inflow port through which the liquid is supplied to the electrolysis unit and an outlet port through which an electrolyte solution produced in the electrolysis unit flows out from the electrolysis unit. The conductive film includes a protrusion that protrudes toward an inner surface of the housing and positions the conductive film with respect to the housing.

The invention claimed is: 1 . An electrolyte solution production device comprising: an electrolysis unit configured to electrolyze a liquid, the electrolysis unit including a stacked body having a cathode, an anode, and a conductive film between the cathode and the anode, the cathode and the anode constituting electrodes adjacent to each other; and a housing in which the electrolysis unit is disposed, wherein: the housing includes an inflow port through which the liquid is supplied to the electrolysis unit and an outlet port through which an electrolyte solution produced in the electrolysis unit flows out from the electrolysis unit, the conductive film includes a protrusion that protrudes toward an inner surface of the housing along a width direction which is a short side direction of the conductive film and positions the conductive film with respect to the housing, the housing includes a restriction part that is disposed to face the protrusion and positions the conductive film with respect to a liquid flowing direction orthogonal to the width direction, the protrusion is in contact with an inner surface of a peripheral wall of the housing, and one side of the protrusion is in contact with the restriction part and another side of the protrusion opposite to the one side in the liquid flow direction is in contact with no restriction part. 2 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 1 , wherein: a plurality of protrusions are respectively provided on both sides of the conductive film, the both sides extending in the liquid flowing direction, and a distance along the liquid flowing direction between one of the two or more of the plurality of protrusions on a one side of the both sides and one of the two or more of the plurality of protrusions on another side of the both sides is smaller than a distance along the liquid flowing direction between two of the two or more of the plurality of protrusions on one of the both sides. 3 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 1 , wherein: the conductive film comprises an upstream half and a downstream half along the liquid flowing direction, and at least one protrusion is provided to the upstream half and the downstream half at the both sides. 4 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 1 , wherein the stacked body includes a power feeder that is in contact with at least one of the electrodes on a side opposite to the conductive film, and the conductive film is disposed apart from the power feeder. 5 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 1 , wherein the protrusion is in contact with the restriction part in the liquid flow direction. 6 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of protrusions are respectively provided on both sides of the conductive film, the both sides extending in the liquid flowing direction, and at least two restriction parts are provided to correspond to two of the plurality of protrusions disposed on both sides of the conductive film, respectively. 7 . An electrolyte solution production device comprising: an electrolysis unit configured to electrolyze a liquid, the electrolysis unit including a stacked body having a cathode, an anode, and a conductive film between the cathode and the anode, the cathode and the anode constituting electrodes adjacent to each other; and a housing in which the electrolysis unit is disposed, wherein: the housing includes an inflow port through which the liquid is supplied to the electrolysis unit and an outlet port through which an electrolyte solution produced in the electrolysis unit flows out from the electrolysis unit, the conductive film includes a protrusion that protrudes toward an inner surface of the housing and positions the conductive film with respect to the housing, a plurality of protrusions are respectively provided on both sides of the conductive film, the both sides extending in a liquid flowing direction that crosses a width direction which is a short side direction of the conductive film, each of the both sides of the conductive film includes two or more of the plurality of protrusions, the electrolyte solution production device further comprises a power supply unit, and the power supply unit is configured to apply a voltage between the cathode and the anode to generate a voltage difference between the cathode and the anode, and the conductive film includes a recess provided on one of the both sides at a position opposite to a position where one of the plurality of protrusions is provided. 8 . An electrolyte solution production device comprising: an electrolysis unit configured to electrolyze a liquid, the electrolysis unit including a stacked body having a cathode, an anode, and a conductive film between the cathode and the anode, the cathode and the anode constituting electrodes adjacent to each other; and a housing in which the electrolysis unit is disposed, wherein: the housing includes an inflow port through which the liquid is supplied to the electrolysis unit and an outlet port through which an electrolyte solution produced in the electrolysis unit flows out from the electrolysis unit, the conductive film includes a first protrusion that is provided on a first side of the conductive film and protrudes in a width direction of the conductive film toward a first inner surface of the housing and positions the conductive film with respect to the housing, the first side extending in a liquid flowing direction crossing the width direction, and the conductive film includes a first recess provided on a second side opposite to the first side of the conductive film at a position opposite to a position where the first protrusion is provided on the first side. 9 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 8 , wherein: the conductive film includes a second protrusion that is provided on the second side of the conductive film and protrudes toward a second inner surface of the housing. 10 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 9 , wherein the conductive film includes a second recess provided on the first side of the conductive film at a position opposite to a position where the second protrusion is provided on the second side. 11 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 8 , wherein the conductive film includes a second protrusion that is provided on the first side of the conductive film and protrudes toward the first inner surface of the housing. 12 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 11 , wherein the conductive film includes a second recess that is provided on the second side at a position opposite to a position where the second protrusion is provided on the first side. 13 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 8 , wherein: the stacked body includes a power feeder that is in contact with at least one of the electrodes on a side opposite to the conductive film, and the conductive film is disposed apart from the power feeder. 14 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 8 , wherein the housing includes a restriction part that is disposed to face the protrusion and positions the conductive film with respect to the liquid flowing direction. 15 . The electrolyte solution production device according to claim 8 , wherein: the conductive film includes a second protrusion that protrudes in a direction different from the width direction. 16 .
