What is claimed is: 1 . A paste container, comprising a lid, an inner bottle, a stopper, a threaded rod, a pedestal, and an inner lid fixed at a top of the inner bottle, wherein a bottom of the lid is detachably connected to the pedestal; the stopper is provided in the inner bottle and circumferentially fixed with the inner bottle; the threaded rod comprises a bottom circumferentially fixed with the pedestal, and the bottom of the threaded rod extends into a first through hole at a bottom of the inner bottle and is threadedly connected to the stopper; the pedestal is sleeved on the bottom of the inner bottle and rotatably connected to the inner bottle; the pedestal is allowed for rotating unidirectionally relative to the inner bottle in a step-by-step manner; a top of the stopper is allowed for supporting a paste; and the threaded rod rotates with rotation of the pedestal and drives the stopper to move toward the top of the inner bottle, wherein the paste is squeezed out of a discharge hole at a top of the inner lid; wherein a circle of ratchets are provided on an inner wall of the pedestal at intervals; an elastic piece is provided at the bottom of the inner bottle; and by rotating the pedestal, an end of the elastic piece is allowed for being unidirectionally clamped into gaps between the ratchets in sequence. 2 . The paste container according to claim 1 , wherein the circle of ratchets are equidistantly distributed on the inner wall of the pedestal. 3 . The paste container according to claim 1 , wherein the stopper comprises a nut, an inner ring, and a carrier; the nut and the carrier are respectively buckled at two sides of the inner ring; a threaded hole is formed in a middle of the nut; a fixed seat is provided convexly at a middle of the inner ring; a second through hole for allowing the threaded rod to penetrate is formed in a middle of the fixed seat; a third through hole for allowing the fixed seat to penetrate is formed in a middle of the carrier; the paste is provided at a top of the carrier; and the threaded rod penetrates through the paste. 4 . The paste container according to claim 3 , wherein two opposite planes are provided on the threaded rod; two third convex strips extending along an axial direction of the threaded rod are provided oppositely on the two planes; avoidance grooves for allowing the two third convex strips to pass through are respectively formed at two sides of the second through hole; and the nut is relatively static with the inner ring and the carrier. 5 . The paste container according to claim 1 , wherein a circle of positioning protrusion is provided on an outer wall of the inner bottle; and a circle of positioning groove allowed for rotatably cooperating with the circle of positioning protrusion is formed in an inner wall of the pedestal. 6 . A paste container, comprising a lid, an inner bottle, a stopper, a threaded rod, a pedestal, and an inner lid fixed at a top of the inner bottle, wherein a bottom of the lid is detachably connected to the pedestal; the stopper is provided in the inner bottle and circumferentially fixed with the inner bottle; the threaded rod comprises a bottom circumferentially fixed with the pedestal, and the bottom of the threaded rod extends into a first through hole at a bottom of the inner bottle and is threadedly connected to the stopper; the pedestal is sleeved on the bottom of the inner bottle and rotatably connected to the inner bottle; the pedestal is allowed for rotating unidirectionally relative to the inner bottle in a step-by-step manner; a top of the stopper is allowed for supporting a paste; and the threaded rod rotates with rotation of the pedestal and drives the stopper to move toward the top of the inner bottle, wherein the paste is squeezed out of a discharge hole at a top of the inner lid; wherein a plurality of first rotation stop strips are provided at a middle of an outer wall of the inner bottle; and a circle of first convex strip allowed for cooperating with the plurality of first rotation stop strips is provided on an inner wall of the inner lid. 7 . The paste container according to claim 6 , wherein the threaded rod comprises a rod portion; the rod portion extends along a radial direction of the rod portion to form a base having two steps; the rod portion cooperates with the stopper; the base of the threaded rod is located in the pedestal; at least two second rotation stop strips are circumferentially provided on a sidewall of the base; an inner wall of a bottom of the pedestal protrudes inward along a radial direction of the pedestal to form at least one second convex strip; and the at least one second convex strip is located between two adjacent ones of the at least two second rotation stop strips. 8 . The paste container according to claim 7 , wherein a circle of fixing hook is further provided on the sidewall of the base; and a fixing groove allowed for cooperating with the circle of fixing hook is formed in an inner wall of the pedestal. 9 . A paste container, comprising a lid, an inner bottle, a stopper, a threaded rod, a pedestal, and an inner lid fixed at a top of the inner bottle, wherein a bottom of the lid is detachably connected to the pedestal; the stopper is provided in the inner bottle and circumferentially fixed with the inner bottle; the threaded rod comprises a bottom circumferentially fixed with the pedestal, and the bottom of the threaded rod extends into a first through hole at a bottom of the inner bottle and is threadedly connected to the stopper; the pedestal is sleeved on the bottom of the inner bottle and rotatably connected to the inner bottle; the pedestal is allowed for rotating unidirectionally relative to the inner bottle in a step-by-step manner; a top of the stopper is allowed for supporting a paste; and the threaded rod rotates with rotation of the pedestal and drives the stopper to move toward the top of the inner bottle, wherein the paste is squeezed out of a discharge hole at a top of the inner lid; wherein an outer wall of the stopper is tightly attached to an inner wall of the inner bottle; a plurality of third rotation stop strips are provided on the inner wall of the inner bottle; and a groove allowed for cooperating with the plurality of third rotation stop strips is formed in the outer wall of the stopper.
