Apparatuses, methods, and associated computer program products are provided for regulated access management. An example method includes receiving a request for access from a user device associated with an employee and receiving employee data associated with the employee. The method further includes determining if the employee is subject to a required absence regulation and generating an access attempt notification in an instance in which the employee is subject to the required absence regulation. Determining if the employee is subject to the required absence regulation includes identifying an employee status associated with the employee data and determining that the employee is subject to the required absence regulation based on the employee status.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method for electronic access management, the method comprising: receiving, via communication circuitry, a request for compliance confirmation associated with a required absence regulation; receiving, via the communication circuitry, employee data comprising a current status associated with a plurality of employees; identifying, via absence analysis circuitry and using the employee data, one or more employees subject to the required absence regulation, wherein the one or more employees have satisfied the required absence regulation or scheduled absences that, when completed, will satisfy the required absence regulation; detecting absence compliance activity associated with the request for compliance confirmation by: determining, via regulation evaluation circuitry, that the one or more employees have satisfied the required absence regulation, wherein the required absence regulation defines a minimum amount of time during which a respective employee is required to be absent in order to deter the respective employee from conducting fraudulent activity, and generating, via access circuitry, a compliance confirmation notification; and permitting or rejecting, via the access circuitry and in response to detecting the absence compliance activity, one or more employee access requests. 2 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising: determining, via the absence analysis circuitry, a change in the employee data that implicates the required absence regulation of the one or more employees; and iteratively determining, via the regulation evaluation circuitry, if the one or more employees satisfy the required absence regulation. 3 . The method according to claim 2 , wherein permitting or rejecting the one or more employee access requests is based on one or more iterative determinations, wherein employee access requests from an employee that has satisfied the required absence regulation are permitted, and wherein employee access requests from an employee actively in a period associated with the required absence regulation are rejected. 4 . The method according to claim 2 , wherein determining the change in the employee data further comprises: identifying, via the regulation evaluation circuitry and from within the employee data, a change in employee status to at least one employee of the one or more employees; and determining, via the regulation evaluation circuitry and based on the change in employee status, that the at least one employee of the one or more employees is no longer subject to the required absence regulation. 5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein receiving the employee data comprises receiving an absence plan from a user device associated with an employee. 6 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising generating, via scheduling assessment circuitry, a remedial absence schedule in an instance in which an employee of the one or more employees fails to satisfy the required absence regulation. 7 . The method according to claim 6 , further comprising transmitting, via the communication circuitry, the remedial absence schedule to a user device associated with the employee of the one or more employees that failed to satisfy the required absence regulation. 8 . An apparatus for electronic access management, the apparatus comprising: communication circuitry configured to: receive a request for compliance confirmation associated with a required absence regulation, and receive employee data comprising a current status associated with a plurality of employees; absence analysis circuitry configured to identify, using the employee data, one or more employees subject to the required absence regulation, wherein the one or more employees have satisfied the required absence regulation or scheduled absences that, when completed, will satisfy the required absence regulation; regulation evaluation circuitry configured to detect absence compliance activity associated with the request for compliance confirmation by determining that the one or more employees have satisfied the required absence regulation, wherein the required absence regulation defines a minimum amount of time during which a respective employee is required to be absent in order to deter the respective employee from conducting fraudulent activity; and access circuitry configured to: generate a compliance confirmation notification; and permit or reject, in response to detecting the absence compliance activity, one or more employee access requests. 9 . The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the absence analysis circuitry is further configured to determine a change in the employee data that implicates the required absence regulation of the one or more employees; and wherein the regulation evaluation circuitry is further configured to iteratively determine if the one or more employees satisfy the required absence regulation. 10 . The apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein permitting or rejecting the one or more employee access requests is based on one or more iterative determinations, wherein employee access requests from an employee that has satisfied the required absence regulation are permitted, and wherein employee access requests from an employee actively in a period associated with the required absence regulation are rejected. 11 . The apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the regulation evaluation circuitry is further configured to: identify, from within the employee data, a change in employee status to at least one employee of the one or more employees, and determine, based on the change in employee status, that the at least one employee of the one or more employees is no longer subject to the required absence regulation. 12 . The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein receiving the employee data comprises receiving an absence plan from a user device associated with an employee. 13 . The apparatus according to claim 8 , further comprising scheduling assessment circuitry configured to generate a remedial absence schedule in an instance in which an employee of the one or more employees fails to satisfy the required absence regulation. 14 . The apparatus according to claim 13 , wherein the communication circuitry is further configured to transmit the remedial absence schedule to a user device associated with the employee of the one or more employees that failed to satisfy the required absence regulation. 15 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium for electronic access management, the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed, cause an apparatus to: receive a request for compliance confirmation associated with a required absence regulation; receive employee data comprising a current status associated with a plurality of employees; identify, using the employee data, one or more employees subject to the required absence regulation, wherein the one or more employees have satisfied the required absence regulation or scheduled absences that, when completed, will satisfy the required absence regulation; detect absence compliance activity associated with the request for compliance confirmation by: determining that the one or more employees have satisfied the required absence regulation, wherein the required absence regulation defines a minimum amount of time during which a respective employee is required to be absent in order to deter the respective employee from conducting fraudulent activity, and generating a compliance confirmation notification; and permit or reject, in response to detect
