A toothpaste composition has silica and a precipitated phosphate. The content of the precipitated phosphate is 2% to 10%, based on the total weight of the toothpaste composition and the average diameter of the precipitated phosphate particles is 75 μm to 180 μm. The toothpaste composition of the present invention was confirmed to have the effects of improving the cleaning power and the stain removal power. The toothpaste composition has excellent effect of removing stains on the tooth surface and brightening teeth.

The invention claimed is: 1 . A toothpaste composition comprising silica, a precipitated phosphate, and water in an amount of 1% to 5% based on the total weight of the toothpaste composition, wherein the precipitated phosphate particles are formed by adding a phosphate in a maximum dissolution amount or more with respect to water, and a content of the precipitated phosphate is 2% to 10% based on the total weight of the toothpaste composition, and an average diameter of the particles is 75 μm to 180 μm, wherein the silica comprises abrasive silica in a content of 50% to 90% based on the total weight of the silica, wherein when the toothpaste is brushed onto stained artificial teeth 5400 times at a concentration of 25 g/40 mL at a speed of 90 times per second, the stained artificial teeth exhibit a ΔE of 16.1 to 22.5 measured using a chromameter. 2 . The toothpaste composition of claim 1 , wherein the precipitated phosphate is a chelating agent. 3 . The toothpaste composition of claim 1 , wherein the precipitated phosphate is one or more components selected from the group consisting of tetrasodium pyrophosphate (TSPP), sodium acid pyrophosphate (SAPP), and sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP). 4 . The toothpaste composition of claim 1 , wherein the toothpaste composition has viscosity of 60,000 cP to 110,000 cP. 5 . The toothpaste composition of claim 1 , wherein the toothpaste composition further comprises one or more components selected from the group consisting of an abrasive, a surfactant, a humectant, a medicinal agent, an additive, and a foaming agent. 6 . The toothpaste composition of claim 1 , wherein the toothpaste composition is used for whitening and stain removal. 7 . A toothpaste composition comprising silica, a precipitated phosphate, and water in an amount of 1% to 5% based on the total weight of the toothpaste composition, wherein the precipitated phosphate particles are formed by adding a phosphate in a maximum dissolution amount or more with respect to water, and a content of the precipitated phosphate is 5% to 10% based on the total weight of the toothpaste composition, and an average diameter of the particles is 75 μm to 180 μm, wherein the silica comprises abrasive silica in a content of 50% to 90% based on the total weight of the silica, wherein the precipitated phosphate is one or more components selected from the group consisting of tetrasodium pyrophosphate (TSPP), sodium acid pyrophosphate (SAPP), and sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP).
