What is claimed is: 1 . A window module comprising: a window; a first anti-reflection layer disposed on the window; and a second anti-reflection layer disposed on the first anti-reflection layer, including magnesium fluoride (MgF 2 ), and having a refractive index of about 1.3 to about 1.5 and smaller than a refractive index of the first anti-reflection layer and a thickness of about 20 nm to about 70 nm, wherein the first anti-reflection layer includes: a first inorganic layer having a first refractive index of about 1.6 to about 1.8 and a first thickness of about 60 nanometers (nm) to about 100 nm; a second inorganic layer directly disposed on the first inorganic layer, having a second refractive index of about 1.7 to about 2.0 and greater than the first refractive index, and having a second thickness of about 100 nm to about 130 nm; and a third inorganic layer directly disposed on the second inorganic layer, having a third refractive index of about 1.5 to about 1.6 and smaller than each of the first refractive index and the second refractive index, and having a third thickness about 15 nm to about 25 nm, wherein the second anti-reflection layer is directly disposed on the third inorganic layer. 2 . The window module of claim 1 , wherein the first inorganic layer includes silicon oxynitride (SiON). 3 . The window module of claim 1 , wherein the second inorganic layer includes silicon nitride (SiN x ). 4 . The window module of claim 1 , wherein the second inorganic layer includes silicon oxynitride (SiON). 5 . The window module of claim 1 , wherein the third inorganic layer includes silicon oxide (SiO x ). 6 . The window module of claim 1 , further comprising: an intermediate layer disposed on the second anti-reflection layer; and an anti-fingerprint layer coated on the intermediate layer. 7 . The window module of claim 6 , wherein the intermediate layer includes silicon oxide (SiO x ). 8 . The window module of claim 6 , wherein the intermediate layer includes Si 9 Al 2 O 10 . 9 . A display device comprising: a display panel, which displays an image; and a window module disposed on the display panel, wherein the window module comprises: a window; a first anti-reflection layer disposed on the window; and a second anti-reflection layer disposed on the first anti-reflection layer, including magnesium fluoride (MgF 2 ), and having a refractive index of about 1.3 to about 1.5 and smaller than a refractive index of the first anti-reflection layer and a thickness of about 20 nm to about 70 nm, wherein the first anti-reflection layer includes: a first inorganic layer having a first refractive index of about 1.6 to about 1.8 and a first thickness of about 60 nanometers (nm) to about 100 nm; a second inorganic layer directly disposed on the first inorganic layer, having a second refractive index of about 1.7 to about 2.0 and greater than the first refractive index, and having a second thickness of about 100 nm to about 130 nm; and a third inorganic layer directly disposed on the second inorganic layer, having a third refractive index of about 1.5 to about 1.6 and smaller than each of the first refractive index and the second refractive index, and having a third thickness about 15 nm to about 25 nm, wherein the second anti-reflection layer is directly disposed on the third inorganic layer. 10 . The display device of claim 9 , wherein the display panel includes: a transistor disposed on a substrate; and an emission layer disposed on the transistor.
