A method for transmitting a configured grant (CG) confirmation message by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method comprises steps of receiving information related a CG from a network; triggering a CG confirmation upon receiving a CG activation command from the network, wherein, based on data to be transmitted on a new transmission opportunity being available, the triggered CG confirmation is canceled; and based on there being a CG confirmation not canceled, transmitting the CG confirmation message for the triggered CG confirmation on the new transmission opportunity.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method comprising: receiving, by a user equipment (UE), information related to a configured grant (CG) from a network; triggering, by the UE, a CG confirmation upon receiving a CG activation command from the network, when data to be transmitted on a new transmission opportunity is available, if the new transmission opportunity is indicated by the CG, canceling the triggered CG confirmation, wherein, when the data to be transmitted on the new transmission opportunity is available, if the new transmission opportunity is indicated by a dynamic grant (DG), the triggered CG confirmation is not canceled; and if the triggered CG confirmation is not canceled, transmitting, by the UE, a CG confirmation message for the triggered CG confirmation on the new transmission opportunity. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the data is provided from a logical channel having a priority greater than a threshold. 3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein, when the data to be transmitted on the new transmission opportunity indicated by the CG is available, if there are other triggered CG confirmations, all of the other triggered CG confirmations are canceled. 4 . A user equipment (UE) comprising: at least one processor; and at least one computer memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the UE to perform operations comprising: receiving information related to a configured grant (CG) from a network; triggering a CG confirmation upon receiving a CG activation command from the network, when data to be transmitted on a new transmission opportunity is available, if the new transmission opportunity is indicated by the CG, canceling the triggered CG confirmation, wherein, when the data to be transmitted on the new transmission opportunity is available, if the new transmission opportunity is indicated by a dynamic grant (DG), the triggered CG confirmation is not canceled; and if the triggered CG confirmation is not canceled, transmitting a CG confirmation message for the triggered CG confirmation on the new transmission opportunity. 5 . The UE of claim 4 , wherein the data is provided from a logical channel having a priority greater than a threshold. 6 . The UE of claim 4 , wherein, when the data to be transmitted on the new transmission opportunity indicated by the CG is available, if there are other triggered CG confirmations, all of the other triggered CG confirmations are canceled.
