A sealed disposable container (11) for preparing and retaining a food product (17′) has an entry wall (13), a bottom wall (14) opposite to the entry wall (13), and a lateral wall (15), which define an internal volume (16) pre-packaged in which is a predetermined amount of at least one first food substance (17) or of a precursor thereof. The entry wall (13) has at least one axially hollow coupling or positioning element (18), which defines at least part of an inlet (18, 26) of the disposable container (11). The disposable container (11) comprises an axially extending injector element (20), which is couplable with the at least one coupling or positioning element (18) or is integrally formed or fixed therewith, in such a way that at least a first distal portion (DP) of the injector element (20) extends within the internal volume (16). The at least one coupling or positioning element (18) is configured for coupling, in particular sealed coupling, with a dispensing element (51) of a preparation machine (1), for introducing into the internal volume (16) a flow of pressurized hot water and/or steam required for preparing the food product.

The invention claimed is: 1 . A sealed disposable container for preparing a food product to be consumed and for retaining thereinto the food product to be consumed after preparation thereof, the disposable container comprising liquid-retaining container body configured for retaining the food product to be consumed, the liquid-retaining container body having an entry wall, a bottom wall opposite to the entry wall, and a lateral wall, which define an internal volume pre-packaged in which is a predetermined amount of at least one first food substance required for preparation of the food product to be consumed, wherein, substantially at the entry wall, the disposable container has an axially hollow positioning element secured thereto, which defines at least part of an inlet of the disposable container, wherein the disposable container further comprises an axially extending injector element, which is couplable with the positioning element or is integrally formed or fixed therewith, in such a way that at least a first distal portion of the injector element extends within the internal volume, and wherein at least one of the positioning element and the injector element is configured for sealed coupling with a first dispensing element of a preparation machine, for introducing into the internal volume a flow of pressurized hot water and/or steam required for preparing the food product to be consumed, wherein the entry wall is configured for removal from liquid-retaining container body, for enabling a user to directly access the internal volume and consume therefrom the food product to be consumed which has been prepared and retained within the liquid-retaining container body, wherein the injector element is a part distinct from the liquid-retaining container body, the injector element being configured for insertion from above through the positioning element, from outside of the liquid-retaining container, wherein the entry wall includes a pierceable foil having a peripheral region fixed in a sealed way at an upper edge of the lateral wall, wherein the pierceable foil, in a region thereof radially more internal with respect to said upper edge of the lateral wall, has the positioning element associated thereto, wherein the positioning element identifies, at a corresponding axial cavity, a first region for perforation of the pierceable foil by the first distal portion of the injector element when the injector element is inserted from above through the positioning element and/or for guided introduction into the internal volume of the first distal portion of the injector element when the injector element is inserted from above through the positioning element, and wherein at least one of the positioning element and the injector element has end-of-stroke means that are able to co-operate with the other one of the injector element and the positioning element for defining a predefined position of the first distal portion of the injector element in the internal volume when the injector element is inserted from above through the positioning element. 2 . The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the positioning element at least partially protrudes outside the internal volume. 3 . The disposable container according to Claim 1 , wherein the positioning element and the injector element are prearranged in such a way as to define a predefined position of the first distal portion of the injector element in the internal volume, in said predefined position the distal end of the injector element being raised with respect to the bottom wall of the container body and at a substantially predetermined distance therefrom. 4 . The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the entry wall has a gripping tab for easing removal of the entry wall, and an upper end of the lateral wall defines an outwardly extending annular flange having a generally rounded outer edge, to enable the user to consume the food product to be consumed directly from the liquid-retaining container body using the liquid-retaining container body as a drinking cup. 5 . The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein between the peripheral region and the positioning element there is defined a region of the pierceable foil that is to be pierced by a second dispensing element of the preparation machine. 6 . The disposable container according to claim 1 , comprising a removable lid which is snap-fitted on an upper end of the lateral wall, above the entry wall, the lid having a cavity defining, together with the entry wall, a space which houses at least one of the following: the injector element to be inserted through the positioning element, at least one further food substance contained in a corresponding package, and at least one spoon or a stirring rod. 7 . The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the injector element has at least one outlet opening in its first distal portion, at a height greater than a level of the first food substance contained in the internal volume. 8 . The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the first food substance is a liquid ingredient. 9 . The disposable container according to claim 8 , wherein the first food substance is liquid milk and the food product to be consumed is cappuccino. 10 . The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein an outwardly extending flange is defined substantially at a proximal end of the injector element, the outwardly extending flange being configured to bear upon an upper end of the positioning element once the injector element has been inserted from above through the positioning element. 11 . The disposable container according to claim 10 , wherein the positioning element has a cylindrical hollow body defining an upper radial flange and a lower radial flange, between which an annular groove is defined, a top of the upper radial flange identifying an abutment surface for said outwardly extending flange, and a bottom of the lower radial flange being fixed to the entry wall, the positioning element being configured for mechanical coupling with the first dispensing element of the preparation machine. 12 . The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the peripheral region and the positioning element identify therebetween an annular region of the entry wall configured to be locally pierced by a second dispensing element of the preparation machine, to introduce into the internal volume a second food substance supplied by the preparation machine and required for preparation of the food product to be consumed. 13 . A system for preparing a food product to be consumed, comprising a preparation machine and a sealed disposable container for preparing the food product to be consumed and for retaining thereinto the food product to be consumed after preparation thereof, wherein: the preparation machine has a hydraulic circuit which comprises a first dispensing element which can be supplied with pressurized hot water and/or steam, the disposable container comprises a liquid-retaining container body configured for retaining the food product to be consumed, the liquid-retaining container body having an entry wall, a bottom wall opposite to the entry wall, and a lateral wall, which define an internal volume pre-packaged in which is a predetermined amount of at least one first food substance required for preparation of the food product to be consumed, wherein substantially at the entry wall, the disposable container has an axially hollow positioning element secured thereto, which defines at least part of an inlet of the disposable container, wherein the disposable container further com
