What is claimed is: 1 . A golf club head comprising: a body comprising: a striking face having a lower leading edge, and a sole extending rearward from the lower leading edge, wherein the striking face and the sole define part of an outer surface of the body; a recessed channel formed in the outer surface; and a weight assembly comprising: a weight at least partially disposed within the recessed channel and configured to move therein, a cover configured to slidingly engage with the body and to at least partially cover the recessed channel, and comprising an end having a first undercut; and a fastener selectively movable along a fastener axis, and comprising a head and a threaded portion extending from the head, wherein the head has a second undercut configured to lockingly engage with the first undercut of the end of the cover. 2 . The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the fastener is configured to secure the weight within the recessed channel only indirectly by the cover. 3 . The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the recessed channel has a toe end proximal to a toe of the golf club head and a heel end proximal to a heel of the golf club head, and the cover is configured to slide along a toe-heel direction over at least part of the recessed channel. 4 . The golf club head of claim 3 , wherein the fastener is disposed adjacent to the heel end of the recessed channel, the fastener axis is substantially perpendicular to the toe-heel direction, and the fastener is configured to block the cover from sliding in the toe-heel direction when the fastener is lockingly engaged with the cover. 5 . The golf club head of claim 3 , wherein the body and the cover are configured such that, when the cover is slidingly engaged with the body, the body blocks the cover from sliding in a toe-to-heel direction past a first set point, and such that the body blocks the cover from sliding in a heel-to-toe direction past a second point. 6 . The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the cover is configured to engage with the body such that a gap is formed between the end of the cover and a portion of the body when the fastener is lockingly engaged with the cover. 7 . The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the body further comprises a back portion positioned rearward from the striking face and coupled between the striking face and the sole, and the recessed channel is formed in the back portion. 8 . A golf club head comprising: a body comprising: a striking face having a lower leading edge, and a sole extending rearward from the lower leading edge, wherein the striking face and the sole define part of an outer surface of the body; a recessed channel formed in the outer surface; and a weight assembly comprising: a weight at least partially disposed within the recessed channel and configured to move therein, a cover configured to slidingly engage with the body and to at least partially cover the recessed channel, and comprising a first arm extending from an end of the cover and having an indent; and a fastener selectively movable along a fastener axis, and comprising a head and threaded portion extending from the head, wherein the head is shaped and sized to lockingly engage with the indent in the first arm. 9 . The golf club head of claim 8 , wherein the cover comprises a second arm extending from the end of the cover and having an indent, and the head is shaped and sized to lockingly engage with both the indent in the first arm and the indent in the second arm. 10 . The golf club head of claim 8 , wherein the recessed channel has a toe end proximal to a toe of the golf club head and a heel end proximal to a heel of the golf club head, and the cover is configured to slide along a toe-heel direction over at least part of the recessed channel. 11 . The golf club head of claim 10 , wherein the fastener is positionable: in a raised position whereby at least part of the first arm is slidable past at least part of the fastener in the toe-heel direction; and in a lowered position whereby the head blocks the first arm from sliding past the fastener. 12 . The golf club head of claim 10 , wherein the body and the cover are configured such that, when the cover is slidingly engaged with the body, the body blocks the cover from sliding in a toe-to-heel direction past a first point, and such that the body blocks the cover from sliding in a heel-to-toe direction past second point. 13 . The golf club head of claim 8 , wherein the cover is configured to engage with the body such that a gap is formed between the end of the cover and a portion of the body when the fastener is lockingly engaged with the cover. 14 . The golf club head of claim 8 , wherein the body further comprises a back portion positioned rearward from the striking face and coupled between the striking face and the sole, and the recessed channel is formed in the back portion. 15 . A golf club head comprising: a body comprising: a striking face having a lower leading edge, and a sole extending rearward from the lower leading edge, wherein the striking face and the sole define part of an outer surface of the body; a recessed channel formed in the outer surface; and a weight assembly comprising: a weight at least partially disposed within the recessed channel and configured to move therein, a cover configured to engage with the body such that the cover at least partially covers the recessed channel with a gap being formed between an end of the cover and a portion of the body; and a fastener selectively movable at least partially through the portion of the body along a fastener axis, and configured to lockingly engage with the end of the cover, wherein the weight assembly is positionable in: a locked configuration whereby the fastener is lockingly engaged with the end of the cover, and the end of the cover is deflected by the fastener into the gap and toward the portion of the body; and an unlocked configuration whereby the fastener is lockingly disengaged from the cover, and the cover is slidable over at least part of the recessed channel. 16 . The golf club head of claim 15 , wherein between about 0% and about 30% of an outer surface of the weight is visible in the locked configuration. 17 . The golf club head of claim 15 , wherein the cover has a window configured to visibly expose a position of the weight in the recessed channel when the weight assembly is in the locked configuration. 18 . The golf club head of claim 15 , further comprising a plurality of locating lugs protruding from a sidewall of the recessed channel, wherein the weight has an indent shaped and sized to at least partially receive the locating lugs. 19 . The golf club head of claim 15 , wherein the golf club head is an iron type golf club head. 20 . The golf club head of claim 15 , wherein the fastener comprises a head and a threaded portion extending from the head, and the head is shaped and sized to lockingly engage with an indent in the end of the cover.
