Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media of private network issuance of digital currency. One method includes receiving an issuance request associated with a first denomination of digital currency. The method further includes issuing a first digital currency token, wherein issuing is an off-chain exchange transferring the first denomination outside a digital currency ledger.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method of private network issuance of digital currency, comprising: receiving, by at least one processing circuit, an issuance request corresponding with a first denomination of digital currency; and issuing, by the at least one processing circuit, a first digital currency token, wherein issuing is an off-chain exchange transferring the first denomination outside a digital ledger, and wherein issuing comprises: generating the first digital currency token comprising at least one metadata field based on a reallocation of at least one digital currency token of a plurality of digital currency tokens stored on the digital ledger, wherein reallocation comprises updating a token value of the at least one digital currency token on the digital ledger; setting an issuance identifier associated with the issuance request in the at least one metadata field of the first digital currency token; and transmitting, via a first private network, the first digital currency token to a digital wallet application. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein issuing the first digital currency token is based on a rule dataset, wherein the rule dataset comprises a plurality of authorization rules limiting one or more functionalities of the first digital currency token, and wherein the plurality of digital currency tokens represents a tradable asset. 3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one metadata field of the first digital currency token further comprises a banknote identifier associating the first digital currency token with a central provider system. 4 . The method of claim 3 , further comprising: tracking, by the at least one processing circuit, the first digital currency token stored in the digital wallet application based on the at least one metadata field, wherein tracking occurs based on an opt-in by a user device. 5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein in response to determining the digital ledger has deficient funds to satisfy the issuance request, the method further comprises: establishing, by the at least one processing circuit via the first private network, a first private network connection between the digital wallet application of a user device and the at least one processing circuit; establishing, by the at least one processing circuit via a second private network, a second private network connection between a central provider system and the at least one processing circuit; transmitting, by the at least one processing circuit via the second private network, a replenishment request associated with a second denomination of additional digital currency, wherein the second denomination is greater than the first denomination; receiving, by the at least one processing circuit via the second private network, additional digital currency tokens comprising at least one metadata field based on the replenishment request; storing, by the at least one processing circuit, the additional digital currency tokens; and updating, by the at least one processing circuit, the digital ledger based on the second denomination of additional digital currency. 6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processing circuit comprises a software appliance configured to establish a first private network connection, and wherein establishing the first private network connection further comprises: installing, by the at least one processing circuit, the software appliance comprising a software stack. 7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein installing the software appliance by the at least one processing circuit comprises: verifying the at least one processing circuit meets one or more system requirements, wherein the one or more system requirements comprises at least a hardware requirement; hardening the at least one processing circuit; in response to successfully hardening the at least one processing circuit, storing and configuring the software appliance on the at least one processing circuit based on the software stack; and authenticating the software appliance with a central provider system. 8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein establishing a first private network connection is in response to authenticating, by the at least one processing circuit, a login by a user device into the digital wallet application. 9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the reallocation of the at least one digital currency token comprises either: splitting, by the at least one processing circuit, a second digital currency token into the first digital currency token comprising the first denomination and a third digital currency token comprising a leftover denomination, wherein the first digital currency token and the third digital currency token are copied by the at least one processing circuit to comprise at least one metadata field of the second digital currency token; or aggregating at least two digital currency tokens of the plurality of digital currency tokens comprising an aggregate denomination of the at least two digital currency tokens and copies of at least one metadata field of each of the at least two digital currency tokens. 10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein generating the first digital currency token comprises both: splitting, by the at least one processing circuit, a second digital currency token into the first digital currency token comprising the first denomination and a third digital currency token comprising a leftover denomination, wherein the first digital currency token and the third digital currency token are copied by the at least one processing circuit to comprise at least one metadata field of the second digital currency token; and aggregating at least two digital currency tokens of the plurality of digital currency tokens comprising an aggregate denomination of the at least two digital currency tokens and copies of at least one metadata field of each of the at least two digital currency tokens, and wherein the at least two digital currency tokens comprise the first digital currency token. 11 . The method of claim 1 , wherein issuing further comprises: updating, by the at least one processing circuit, the digital ledger based on the first denomination of the first digital currency token. 12 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the digital ledger comprises a blockchain, and wherein the off-chain exchange is an exchange of digital currency occurring off the blockchain. 13 . A system comprising: at least one processing circuit having at least one processor coupled to at least one memory, the at least one processing circuit configured to: receive an issuance request corresponding with a first denomination of digital currency; and issue, a first digital currency token, wherein issuing is an off-chain exchange transferring the first denomination outside a digital ledger, and wherein issuing comprises: generating the first digital currency token comprising at least one metadata field based on a reallocation of at least one digital currency token of a plurality of digital currency tokens stored on the digital ledger, wherein reallocation comprises updating a token value of the at least one digital currency token on the digital ledger; setting an issuance identifier associated with the issuance request in the at least one metadata field of the first digital currency token; and transmitting, via a first private network, the first digital currency token to a digital wallet application. 14 . The system of claim 13 , wherein issuing the first digital currency token is based on a rule dataset, wherein the rule dataset comprises a plurality of authorization rules limiting one or more functionalities of
