This disclosure relates to compounds that are cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) modulators and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same. In certain embodiments, this disclosure relates to methods of managing a CFTR related disease or condition or respiratory distress comprising administering an effective amount of a CFTR modulator disclosed herein to a subject in need thereof.

What is claimed is: 1 . A compound that is 3-(2-bromo-5-methoxyphenyl)-6-isopropyl-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazine or a salt thereof. 2 . A method of treating cystic fibrosis or rhinosinusitis comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a compound of claim 1 . 3 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising administering ivacaftor, lumacaftor, tezacaftor, elexacaftor, or combinations thereof. 4 . A composition comprising the compound of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, adjuvant, and/or excipient. 5 . The composition of claim 4 , further comprising ivacaftor, lumacaftor, tezacaftor, elexacaftor, or combinations thereof. 6 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the method comprises treating cystic fibrosis. 7 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the method comprises treating rhinosinusitis.
