What is claimed is: 1 . A display device comprising: a base material; a first insulating layer disposed on the base material; a first electrode disposed on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer and including an opening portion overlapping with the first electrode; a barrier wall disposed on the second insulating layer; an organic layer in contact with the first electrode through the opening portion and in contact with the second insulating layer between the opening portion and the barrier wall; a second electrode disposed on the organic layer; an insulator covering side surfaces of the barrier wall and edge portions of the organic layer and the second electrode; and a third electrode covering the second electrode, the barrier wall, and the insulator, wherein the insulator does not overlap with the opening portion and has a shape of a frame surrounding the organic layer and the second electrode in a plan view, the second electrode is in contact with the third electrode at a position overlapping with the opening portion, and the edge portion of the organic layer is not covered with the second electrode and is in contact with the insulator. 2 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the barrier wall has a shape in which a width of an upper part is greater than a width of a lower part. 3 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the organic layer includes a light-emitting layer and a functional layer, the functional layer covers an edge portion of the light-emitting layer, and the insulator covers an edge portion of the functional layer. 4 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the organic layer includes a light-emitting layer and a functional layer, the light-emitting layer covers an edge portion of the functional layer, and the insulator covers an edge portion of the light-emitting layer. 5 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the organic layer includes a light-emitting layer and a functional layer, the functional layer is disposed on the light-emitting layer, and the insulator covers edge portions of each of the light-emitting layer and the functional layer. 6 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the organic layer includes a light-emitting layer and a functional layer, the light-emitting layer is disposed on the functional layer, and the insulator covers edge portions of each of the light-emitting layer and the functional layer. 7 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the second insulating layer includes a first surface on which the barrier wall is disposed and a second surface on which the barrier wall is not disposed, the first surface is a lower surface of the second insulating later, and the second surface is an upper surface of the second insulating layer, which is higher than the first surface. 8 . A display device comprising: a base material; a first insulating layer disposed on the base material; a first electrode disposed on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer and including an opening portion overlapping with the first electrode; an organic layer in contact with the first electrode through the opening portion and disposed on a position overlapping with a pixel; a second electrode disposed on the organic layer; an insulator covering edge portions of the organic layer and the second electrode; and a third electrode covering the second electrode and the insulator, wherein the insulator does not overlap with the opening portion and has a shape of a frame surrounding the organic layer and the second electrode in a plan view, the second electrode is in contact with the third electrode at a position overlapping with the opening portion, and the edge portion of the organic layer is not covered with the second electrode and is in contact with the insulator.
