What is claimed is: 1 . A system for enabling in-store purchases, the system comprising: one or more memory devices storing instructions; and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform operations without requiring one or more buttons of a mobile device to be pressed to place a customer order, the operations comprising: receiving, by the mobile device, customer data comprising preference data; storing, in memory of the mobile device, the customer data; identifying, using the mobile device, a merchant associated with a current location of the mobile device through a geo-fencing process employing one or more location-based measurements; in response to determining that the preference data stored in the memory comprises data related to the merchant, determining, at the mobile device, the customer order based on a plurality of items available from the merchant as compared with the preference data, wherein the data related to the merchant comprises the plurality of items; and transmitting, to a merchant device associated with the merchant, a notification including the customer order, wherein transmitting the notification including the customer order causes the customer order to be placed with the merchant device and authorizes payment to the merchant device based on the customer order. 2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the operations comprise: responsive to receiving a customer selection associated with the customer order, triggering transmittal of the notification. 3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein receiving the customer selection comprises receiving the customer selection based on the preference data. 4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the preference data comprises data identifying at least one of categories of merchants comprising the merchant or the merchant. 5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the preference data comprises an indication of a customer desire to transmit the notification upon at least one of approaching or entering a merchant's premises. 6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the preference data comprises an indication of a customer desire to transmit the notification based on a time of day. 7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the preference data comprises an indication of a customer desire to transmit the notification based on a number of customer orders per time period. 8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the mobile device further comprises: a repeater configured for wireless data transmission of the notification; and a location-based measurement device for capturing the one or more location-based measurements. 9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein identifying the merchant comprises: determining a location of the mobile device; and determining, using the geo-fencing process, that the mobile device is located within a predetermined location boundary associated with the merchant based on a proximity between the location of the mobile device and a location of the merchant device. 10 . The system of claim 1 , wherein identifying the merchant comprises: transmitting location information comprising the current location of the mobile device to a financial service provider device associated with a financial service provider; and receiving, from the financial service provider device, an indication that, based on the location information, the mobile device is within a predetermined boundary associated with the merchant. 11 . A method, comprising: without first detecting one or more buttons being pressed by a customer on a mobile device to place a customer order using one or more processors of the mobile device, the method comprising: receiving, by the mobile device, customer data of a customer comprising preference data; identifying a merchant associated with a current location of the mobile device; in response and subsequently to identifying the merchant, determining at the mobile device, the customer order based on a plurality of items available from the merchant as compared with the preference data associated with the merchant, the preference data comprising the plurality of items; and transmitting a notification to a merchant device associated with the merchant including the customer order, wherein transmitting the notification including the customer order causes the customer order to be placed with the merchant device and authorizes payment to the merchant device based on the customer order. 12 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising: transmitting the notification to the merchant device using a repeater of the mobile device configured for wireless data transmission; and capturing one or more location-based measurements using a location-based measurement device of the mobile device. 13 . The method of claim 11 , wherein identifying the merchant comprises: determining a location of the mobile device; and determining that the mobile device is located within a predetermined location boundary associated with the merchant based on a proximity between the location of the second mobile device and a location of the merchant device. 14 . The method of claim 11 , wherein identifying the merchant comprises: transmitting location information comprising the current location of the mobile device to a financial service provider device associated with a financial service provider; and receiving, from the financial service provider device, an indication that, based on the location information, the mobile device is within a predetermined boundary associated with the merchant. 15 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising: receiving a customer selection of an item of the plurality of items based on the preference data. 16 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the preference data comprises data identifying at least one of categories of merchants comprising the merchant or the merchant. 17 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the preference data comprises an indication of a customer desire to transmit the notification upon at least one of approaching or entering a merchant's premises. 18 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the preference data comprises an indication of a customer desire to transmit the notification based on one of a time of day or a number of customer orders per time period.
