A lens moving apparatus including a base comprising a first post, a second post, a third post and a fourth post; a bobbin disposed inside the first to fourth posts; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet comprising a first magnet unit disposed between the first post and the second post and a second magnet unit disposed between the third post and the fourth post; and a lower elastic member coupled to a lower portion of the bobbin and to the base, wherein the lower elastic member comprises a first portion coupled to a first region of the base positioned between the first post and the fourth post, and wherein the first portion of the lower elastic member does not overlap the magnet in a direction parallel to an optical axis.

The invention claimed is: 1 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a base comprising: a body, the body including a first corner portion, a second corner portion, a third corner portion, and a fourth corner portion; a first post protruding from the first corner portion; a second post protruding from the second corner portion; a third post protruding from the third corner portion; and a fourth post protruding from the fourth corner portion; a bobbin disposed inside the first to fourth posts; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet comprising a first magnet unit disposed on a first side portion of the body between the first post and the second post and a second magnet unit disposed on a second side portion of the body between the third post and the fourth post; and a lower elastic member coupled to a lower portion of the bobbin and to the base, the lower elastic member comprising first and second lower springs spaced apart from each other, wherein the magnet is not disposed on a third side portion of the body between the first and fourth posts and is not disposed on a fourth side portion of the body between the second and third posts, wherein the base comprises two first protrusions disposed on the third side portion of the body so as to be spaced apart from each other, and wherein each of the first and second lower springs comprises an inner frame coupled to the lower portion of the bobbin, an outer frame coupled to the base, and a frame connection portion connecting the inner frame and the outer frame, and wherein the first lower spring comprises: a first connection terminal bent from a first region of the outer frame of the first lower spring and disposed on an outer side surface of the third side portion of the body; and a first through hole disposed on the third side portion of the body and coupled to one of the two first protrusions, and wherein the second lower spring comprises: a second connection terminal bent from a second region of the outer frame of the second lower spring and disposed on the outer side surface of the third side portion of the body; and a second through hole disposed on the third side portion of the body and coupled to another one of the two first protrusions, and wherein the first through hole is disposed at the outer frame of the first lower spring and between the first region and the fourth post, and the second through hole is disposed at the outer frame of the second lower spring and between the second region and the first post. 2 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a first projection positioned between the first and fourth posts and projecting from the body, and wherein the two first protrusions protrude from an upper surface of the first projection of the base. 3 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the base comprises a second projection positioned between the second and third posts and projecting from the body. 4 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the base comprises two second protrusions disposed on the second projection, wherein the first lower spring comprises a third through hole disposed on the fourth side portion of the body and coupled to the one of the two second protrusions, and wherein the second lower spring comprises a fourth through hole disposed on the fourth side portion of the body and coupled to another one of the two second protrusions. 5 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , comprising an upper elastic member coupled to the first to fourth posts. 6 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the coil is electrically connected to the first and second lower springs. 7 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein one end of the coil is coupled to the inner frame of the first lower spring and another end of the coil is coupled to the inner frame of the second lower spring. 8 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first and second connection terminals are positioned below the first and second through holes and the two first protrusions. 9 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the bobbin is configured to move in an optical axis direction by an interaction between the magnet and the coil, and wherein the coil has a ring shape surrounding an outer surface of the bobbin. 10 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the lower elastic member is disposed between the first magnet unit and the second magnet unit, and spaced apart from the magnet. 11 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein one end of the first magnet unit is coupled to the first post and another end of the first magnet unit is coupled to the second post, and wherein one end of the second magnet unit is coupled to the third post and another end of the second magnet unit is coupled to the fourth post. 12 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the base comprises: a first stepped portion having a depth from an outer surface of the first side portion of the body, wherein the first stepped portion is positioned between the first post and the second post; a second stepped portion having a depth from each of outer surfaces of the first and second posts; a third stepped portion having a depth from an outer surface of the second side portion the body, wherein the third stepped portion is positioned between the third post and the fourth post; and a fourth stepped portion having a depth from each of outer surfaces of the third and fourth posts, wherein the first magnet unit is disposed in the first and second stepped portions, and the second magnet unit is disposed in the third and fourth stepped portions. 13 . A camera module comprising: a lens; the lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 ; and an image sensor. 14 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first through hole of the lower elastic member does not overlap the magnet in a direction parallel to an optical axis. 15 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first and second through holes of the lower elastic member do not overlap the magnet in a direction parallel to an optical axis. 16 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the two first protrusions are disposed between the first and fourth posts, and the first and second connection terminals are disposed on an outer surface of a region of the third side portion of the body positioned between the two first protrusions. 17 . The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a guide protrusion disposed at the third side portion thereof, and disposed between the first region of the outer frame of the first lower spring and the second region of the outer frame of the second lower spring, and wherein the outer frame of the first lower spring comprises a first extension extending toward the guide protrusion from the first region, and the outer frame of the second lower spring comprises a second extension extending toward the guide protrusion from the second region. 18 . A lens moving apparatus comprising: a base comprising: a body including a first corner portion, a second corner portion, a third corner portion, and a fourth corner portion; a first post protruding from the first corner portion; a second post protruding from the second corner portion; a third post protruding from the third corner portion; and a fourth post protruding from the fourth cor
