What is claimed is: 1 . A wireless reader for communication with a wound dressing, the wireless reader comprising: an antenna circuit; a processor operably coupled to the antenna circuit; and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the wireless reader to perform a set of operations, the set of operations comprising: providing power to the wound dressing via the antenna circuit, thereby energizing a power module of the wound dressing; obtaining, via the antenna circuit and from a microcontroller of the wound dressing in circuit communication with the power module, wound dressing data for a plurality of sensors of the wound dressing, the obtaining comprising: selectively querying each sensor of the plurality of sensors of the wound dressing by configuring, via the microcontroller, a multiplexer of the wound dressing to selectively query each sensor from the plurality of sensors; and receiving, from the microcontroller and via the antenna circuit of the wireless reader, the wound dressing data for each selectively queried sensor of the wound dressing; and processing the obtained wound dressing data to determine a moisture content of the wound dressing. 2 . The wireless reader of claim 1 , wherein the wound dressing data comprises data corresponding to at least one of: a moisture sensor of the wound dressing; a bacteria sensor of the wound dressing; or a temperature sensor of the wound dressing. 3 . The wireless reader of claim 1 , wherein the set of operations comprises transmitting, to a remote computing device, an indication of the determined moisture content of the wound dressing. 4 . The wireless reader of claim 1 , wherein the determined moisture content comprises a moisture map for the wound dressing that comprises a plurality of moisture content values that each correspond to a different moisture sensor of the wound dressing. 5 . The wireless reader of claim 4 , wherein: the wireless reader further comprises a display; and the set of operations further comprises displaying the moisture map for the wound dressing via the display. 6 . The wireless reader of claim 1 , wherein obtaining the wound dressing data comprises obtaining, from each sensor of the plurality of sensors, analog sensor data. 7 . The wireless reader of claim 1 , wherein obtaining the wound dressing data comprises obtaining, from the microcontroller of the wound dressing, digital sensor data. 8 . A wireless reader for communication with a wound dressing, the wireless reader comprising: an antenna circuit; a processor operably coupled to the antenna circuit; and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the wireless reader to perform a set of operations, the set of operations comprising: providing power to the wound dressing via the antenna circuit, thereby powering a power module of the wound dressing; obtaining, via the antenna circuit and from the wound dressing and from a microcontroller of the wound dressing powered by the power module, wound dressing data for a plurality of sensors of the wound dressing, wherein each sensor of the plurality of sensors is selectively queried to obtain data that forms a part of the wound dressing data by configuring, via the microcontroller, a multiplexer of the wound dressing to selectively query each sensor from the plurality of sensors and receiving, via the antenna circuit and from the microcontroller, the wound dressing data for the plurality of sensors; and transmitting, to a remote computing device, an indication of the wound dressing data. 9 . The wireless reader of claim 8 , wherein the wound dressing data comprises analog sensor data for each sensor that is obtained by selectively querying each sensor of the plurality of sensors. 10 . The wireless reader of claim 8 , wherein obtaining the wound dressing data comprises obtaining, from the microcontroller of the wound dressing, digital sensor data. 11 . A method for obtaining wound dressing data from a wound dressing by a wireless reader, the method comprising: energizing a power module of the wound dressing via an antenna circuit of the wireless reader; obtaining, via the antenna circuit and from a microcontroller the wound dressing coupled to the power module, wound dressing data for a plurality of sensors of the wound dressing that were each selectively queried by configuring, via the microcontroller, a multiplexer of the wound dressing, thereby generating the wound dressing data for transmission via the antenna circuit of the wound dressing; and processing the obtained wound dressing data to determine a moisture content of the wound dressing. 12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the wound dressing data comprises data corresponding to at least one of: a moisture sensor of the wound dressing; a bacteria sensor of the wound dressing; or a temperature sensor of the wound dressing. 13 . The method of claim 11 , wherein wound dressing data comprises analog sensor data for each sensor that is obtained by selectively querying each sensor of the plurality of sensors. 14 . The method of claim 11 , wherein obtaining the wound dressing data comprises obtaining, from a microcontroller of the wound dressing, digital sensor data. 15 . The wireless reader of claim 8 , wherein the wound dressing data comprises data corresponding to at least one of: a moisture sensor of the wound dressing; a bacteria sensor of the wound dressing; or a temperature sensor of the wound dressing. 16 . The wireless reader of claim 8 , wherein: the set of operations further comprises processing the obtained wound dressing data to determine a moisture content of the wound dressing; and the transmitted indication comprises the determined moisture content. 17 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising transmitting, to a remote computing device, an indication of the determined moisture content of the wound dressing. 18 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the determined moisture content comprises a moisture map for the wound dressing. 19 . The method of claim 18 , further comprising displaying the moisture map for the wound dressing.
