Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

The present disclosure generally relates to a dynamic user interface having an indication of time. The dynamic user interface having the indication of time further includes one or more geometric regions that intersect the indication of time, such that colors of the indication of time are different on opposite sides of a boundary of the one or more geometric regions that intersect the indication of time. The one or more geometric regions may shift and/or change over time, thereby providing a custom and/or unique dynamic user interface having the indication of time.

What is claimed is: 1. A computer system, comprising: a display generation component; one or more processors; and memory storing one or more programs configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for: while the computer system is operating in a first mode, wherein the first mode includes an active mode, displaying, via the display generation component, a first user interface, wherein the first user interface includes: an indication of time that includes a plurality of numerals, wherein a first portion of a respective numeral of the plurality of numerals has a first color fill, and wherein a second portion of the respective numeral has a second color fill that is different from the first color fill; and while displaying the first user interface, detecting that the computer system has met a set of criteria for transitioning from the first mode to a second mode, wherein the second mode is a low-power consumption mode; in response to detecting that the computer system has met the criteria for transitioning from the first mode to the second mode, transitioning the computer system from the first mode to the second mode; and while the computer system is operating in the second mode, displaying, via the display generation component, a second user interface, wherein the second user interface includes: the indication of time with the plurality of numerals, wherein the first portion of the respective numeral of the plurality of numerals has a third color fill that is different from the first color fill and the second color fill. 2. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein: the first user interface includes a first geometric region that intersects the respective numeral of the plurality of numerals to at least partially define the first portion of the respective numeral; and the second user interface includes a second geometric region that intersects the respective numeral of the plurality of numerals to at least partially define the first portion of the respective numeral. 3. The computer system of claim 2 , wherein: a third portion of the first geometric region has a first color; and a fourth portion of the second geometric region has the first color. 4. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein: displaying the second user interface includes displaying, via the display generation component, the second portion of the respective numeral having the second color fill. 5. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein: displaying the first user interface includes displaying, via the display generation component, a third portion of a second numeral of the plurality of numerals having a fourth color fill; and displaying the second user interface includes displaying, via the display generation component, the third portion of the second numeral of the plurality of numerals having a fifth color fill that is different from the fourth color fill. 6. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the criteria for transitioning from the first mode to the second mode includes a first criterion that is met when the computer system detects an absence of user input for at least a predetermined period of time. 7. The computer system of claim 1 , the one or more programs further including instructions for: while the computer system is operating in the second mode, detecting a wrist raise gesture; and in response to detecting the wrist raise gesture, transitioning from the second mode to the first mode. 8. The computer system of claim 1 , the one or more programs further including instructions for: while the computer system is operating in the second mode, detecting a tap gesture; and in response to detecting the tap gesture, transitioning from the second mode to the first mode. 9. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of numerals of the indication of time include a first hour numeral, a second hour numeral that is different from the first hour numeral, a first minute numeral, and a second minute numeral that is different from the first minute numeral. 10. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein: displaying the first user interface includes displaying, via the display generation component, a first background having a second color; and displaying the second user interface includes displaying, via the display generation component, a second background having the second color. 11. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: in response to receiving a request to display an editing user interface, displaying, via the display generation component the editing user interface; while displaying the editing user interface, receiving a request to modify a color fill of the respective numeral of the plurality of numerals; and after receiving the request to modify the color fill of the respective numeral of the plurality of numerals, displaying, via the display generation component, the first user interface including the indication of time, wherein the first portion of the respective numeral of the plurality of numerals includes a fifth color fill, different from the first color fill and the third color fill. 12. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein: displaying the second user interface includes displaying, via the display generation component, the second portion of the respective numeral having a fourth color fill that is different from the third color fill. 13. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs configured to be executed by one or more processors of a computer system that is in communication with a display generation component, the one or more programs including instructions for: while the computer system is operating in a first mode, wherein the first mode includes an active mode, displaying, via the display generation component, a first user interface, wherein the first user interface includes: an indication of time that includes a plurality of numerals, wherein a first portion of a respective numeral of the plurality of numerals has a first color fill, and wherein a second portion of the respective numeral has a second color fill that is different from the first color fill; and while displaying the first user interface, detecting that the computer system has met a set of criteria for transitioning from the first mode to a second mode, wherein the second mode is a low-power consumption mode; in response to detecting that the computer system has met the criteria for transitioning from the first mode to the second mode, transitioning the computer system from the first mode to the second mode; and while the computer system is operating in the second mode, displaying, via the display generation component, a second user interface, wherein the second user interface includes: the indication of time with the plurality of numerals, wherein the first portion of the respective numeral of the plurality of numerals has a third color fill that is different from the first color fill and the second color fill. 14. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 13 , wherein: the first user interface includes a first geometric region that intersects the respective numeral of the plurality of numerals to at least partially define the first portion of the respective numeral; and the second user interface includes a second geometric that intersects the respective numeral of the plurality of numerals to at least partially define the first portion of the respective numeral. 15. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 14 , wherei
