Terminal device attempts to initiate a COT-u after the channel is sensed to be idle and transmit a configured grant PUSCH. A start of a time domain resource of the configured grant PUSCH is aligned with the start of the FFP-u. In a case that the FFP-u does not overlap with an IP-g of an FFP-g, the COT-u is initiated and the configured grant PUSCH is transmitted.

The invention claimed is: 1. A terminal device comprising: reception circuitry configured to sense a channel, receive Fixed Frame Period-u (FFP-u) configuration and Fixed Frame Period-g (FFP-g) configuration including Idle Period-g (IP-g) configuration; and transmission circuitry configured to attempt to initiate a Channel Occupancy Time (COT-u) at a start of an FFP-u after the channel is sensed to be idle and transmit a configured grant Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH); wherein a start of a time domain resource of the configured grant PUSCH is aligned with the start of the FFP-u; wherein in a case that the FFP-u does not overlap with an IP-g of an FFP-g, the COT-u is initiated and the configured grant PUSCH is transmitted; in a case that the FFP-u overlaps with the IP-g and the time domain resource of the configured grant PUSCH finishes before a start of the IP-g, the COT-u is initiated and the configured grant PUSCH is transmitted; in a case that the FFP-u overlaps with the IP-g and the time domain resource of the configured grant PUSCH finishes at or after the start of the IP-g, the COT-u is not initiated and the configured grant PUSCH is not transmitted. 2. The terminal device according to claim 1 , wherein in a case that the FFP-u overlaps with the IP-g and the time domain resource of the configured grant PUSCH finishes before the start of the IP-g, the COT-u is terminated before the start of the IP-g. 3. A base station device comprising: transmission circuitry configured to transmit Fixed Frame Period-u (FFP-u) configuration and Fixed Frame Period-g (FFP-g) configuration including Idle Period-g (IP-g) configuration; and reception circuitry configured to receive a Channel Occupancy Time (COT-u) at a start of an FFP-u and a configured grant Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH); wherein a start of a time domain resource of the configured grant PUSCH is aligned with the start of the FFP-u; wherein in a case that the FFP-u does not overlap with an IP-g of an FFP-g, initiation of the COT-u and transmission the configured grant PUSCH are expected; in a case that the FFP-u overlaps with the IP-g and the time domain resource of the configured grant PUSCH finishes before a start of the IP-g, the initiation of the COT-u and the transmission the configured grant PUSCH are expected; in a case that the FFP-u overlaps with the IP-g and the time domain resource of the configured grant PUSCH finishes at or after the start of the IP-g, the initiation of the COT-u and transmission the configured grant PUSCH are not expected. 4. The base station device according to claim 3 , wherein in a case that the FFP-u overlaps with the IP-g and the time domain resource of the configured grant PUSCH finishes before the start of the IP-g, termination of the COT-u before the start of the IP-g is expected.
