What is claimed is: 1. A method of treatment, reduction, and/or prevention of caries, cavities, gingivitis, and/or combinations thereof, the method comprising: applying a toothpaste composition to a toothbrush, the toothpaste composition comprising: (a) an aqueous phase; (b) a hydrophobic phase comprising from about 75% to about 99%, by weight of the toothpaste composition, of mineral oil; and (c) an emulsifier, wherein the toothpaste composition comprises from 0% to about 0.01%, by weight of the toothpaste composition, of an opacifier, and wherein the toothpaste composition is an opaque jammed oil-in-water toothpaste composition having an L* value of at least 25, brushing at least one tooth with the toothpaste composition using the toothbrush for at least 30 seconds; and expectorating the toothpaste composition after brushing. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the toothpaste is substantially free of opacifier. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the opacifier comprises titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, calcium salt, pyrophosphate, bismuth oxychloride, or combinations thereof. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the toothpaste reflects visible light. 5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the visible light comprises light with a wavelength of from about 0.4 microns to about 0.7 microns. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the emulsifier comprises nonionic surfactant, anionic surfactant, cationic surfactant, zwitterionic surfactant, amphoteric surfactant, polymeric surfactant, synthetic surfactant, or combinations thereof. 7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the emulsifier is substantially free of sulfate. 8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the emulsifier is substantially free of sodium lauryl sulfate. 9. The method of claim 6 , wherein the emulsifier comprises polysorbate, alkyl sulfate, betaine, or combinations thereof. 10. The method of claim 1 , wherein the toothpaste composition further comprises a whitening agent, an anticaries agent, an antibacterial agent, an antisensitivity compound, an amino acid, a peptide, a retinoid compound, or combinations thereof. 11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the toothpaste composition comprises the whitening agent, and the whitening agent comprises peroxide. 12. The method of claim 11 , wherein the peroxide comprises hydrogen peroxide, urea peroxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone peroxide complex, cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone peroxide complex, or combinations thereof. 13. The method of claim 10 , wherein the toothpaste composition comprises the anticaries agent, and the anticaries agent comprises hops, fluoride, or combinations thereof. 14. The method of claim 13 , wherein the anticaries agent comprises the fluoride, and the fluoride comprises sodium fluoride, amine fluoride, sodium monofluorophosphate, stannous fluoride, or combinations thereof. 15. The method of claim 10 , wherein the toothpaste composition comprises the antibacterial agent, and the antibacterial agent comprises hops, a metal, or combinations thereof. 16. The method of claim 15 , wherein the antibacterial agent comprises the metal, and the metal comprises zinc, tin, copper, or combinations thereof. 17. The method of claim 16 , wherein the metal comprises the zinc, and the zinc comprises zinc phosphate, zinc oxide, zinc citrate, zinc lactate, zinc chloride, or combinations thereof. 18. The method of claim 16 , wherein the metal comprises the tin, and the tin comprises stannous fluoride, stannous chloride, or combinations thereof. 19. The method of claim 10 , wherein the toothpaste composition comprises the amino acid, and the amino acid comprises arginine, histidine, lysine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine, threonine, asparagine, glutamine, cysteine, selenocysteine, glycine, proline, alanine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, methionine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, tryptophan, citrulline, ornithine, creatine, diaminobutanoic acid, diaminoproprionic acid, salts thereof, or combinations thereof. 20. The method of claim 10 , wherein the toothpaste composition comprises the antisensitivity agent, and the antisensitivity agent comprises potassium nitrate, tin, dicarboxylic acid, or combinations thereof. 21. The method of claim 20 , wherein the antisensitivity agent comprises the dicarboxylic acid, and the dicarboxylic acid comprises oxalic acid, salts thereof, or combinations thereof. 22. The method of claim 10 , wherein the toothpaste composition comprises the retinoid compound, and the retinoid compound comprises retinol. 23. The method of claim 1 , wherein the toothpaste composition comprises an abrasive. 24. The method of claim 23 , wherein the abrasive comprises silica abrasive, calcium abrasive, alumina abrasive, or combinations thereof. 25. The method of claim 23 , wherein the abrasive comprises the calcium abrasive, and the calcium abrasive comprises calcium carbonate, calcium pyrophosphate, calcium phosphate, or combinations thereof. 26. The method of claim 1 , wherein the toothpaste composition is substantially free of abrasive. 27. The method of claim 1 , wherein the hydrophobic phase has a D[4,3] equivalent-diameter of droplets of from about 0.001 to about 1000 microns. 28. The method of claim 26 , wherein the D[4,3] equivalent-diameter of droplets of hydrophobic phase is from about 0.01 to about 100 microns. 29. The method of claim 28 , wherein the hydrophobic phase further comprises petrolatum, coconut oil, palm oil, fractionated coconut oil, fractionated palm oil, triglycerides of saturated medium chain fatty acids, or combinations thereof. 30. The method of claim 1 , wherein the toothpaste composition has a yield stress of from about 25 to about 1000 Pa.
