A method for a user equipment (UE) which communicates with a base station in a serving cell is described. The method may comprise acquiring first radio resource control (RRC) information and second RRC information. The first RRC information may indicate one or more slot format combinations. The second RRC information may indicate periodic channel state information (CSI) reporting. The method may also comprise performing a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring if the first RRC information is provided. The first PDCCH monitoring may be monitoring of a first PDCCH with a first downlink control information (DCI) format. The method may further comprise performing the periodic CSI reporting on a physical uplink control channel according to the third RRC information. If the first RRC information is provided and if the first DCI format providing a slot format for a slot is not detected, a transmission of the PUCCH may be performed for a set of symbols of the slot, subject to a channel access procedure.

The invention claimed is: 1. A user equipment (UE) comprising: higher layer processing circuitry configured to acquire radio resource control (RRC) information, the RRC information indicating periodic channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) reception; physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) receiving circuitry configured to monitor a PDCCH with a downlink control information (DCI) format, the DCI format including an indication of a channel occupancy duration; and CSI-RS receiving circuitry configured to perform the periodic CSI-RS reception in a plurality of symbols of a slot, wherein the CSI-RS receiving circuitry is further configured to cancel the periodic CSI-RS reception in the plurality of symbols of the slot in a case that the plurality of symbols of the slot is outside of the channel occupancy duration, and the channel occupancy duration is determined based on a starting symbol of a starting slot, a slot format of which is signaled by the DCI format. 2. A base station configured to communicate with a terminal apparatus, the base station comprising: higher layer processing circuitry configured to send radio resource control (RRC) information, the RRC information indicating periodic channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) reception; physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) transmitting circuitry configured to transmit a PDCCH with a downlink control information (DCI) format, the DCI format including an indication of a channel occupancy duration; and CSI-RS transmitting circuitry configured to perform the periodic CSI-RS transmission in a plurality of symbols of a slot, wherein the periodic CSI-RS reception by the terminal apparatus in the plurality of symbols of the slot is canceled in a case that the plurality of symbols of the slot is outside of the channel occupancy duration, and the channel occupancy duration is determined based on a starting symbol of a starting slot, a slot format of which is signaled by the DCI format. 3. A method performed by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising: acquiring radio resource control (RRC) information, the RRC information indicating periodic channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) reception; monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) with a downlink control information (DCI) format, the DCI format including an indication of a channel occupancy duration; performing the periodic CSI-RS reception in a plurality of symbols of a slot; and cancelling the periodic CSI-RS reception in the plurality of symbols of the slot in a case that the plurality of symbols of the slot is outside of the channel occupancy duration, wherein the channel occupancy duration is determined based on a starting symbol of a starting slot, a slot format of which is signaled by the DCI format.
