System audits messages, communicated internally in copy management system, about copy management jobs, and learns about relationships between message requests for user actions on copy management jobs and subsequent failures of copy management jobs. System creates snapshot of copy management content displayed by user interface and selected by user as context for user's message, and creates message's link to snapshot. System stores user entries that identify message's intended recipient(s), time of availability, and text. If message requests user action on copy management job, and relationship between unanswered requests for user to perform action on copy management job and subsequent failures of copy management job satisfies relationship threshold, then machine learning system sends message via copy management system's internal communication channel to system-selected administrator, who selects message's hyperlink to snapshot. System responds by outputting context for message to system-selected administrator's user interface, which enables system-selected administrator to respond to message.

What is claimed is: 1. A system for auditing contextual messages between users in copy management systems to reduce failure rates of copy management jobs, comprising: one or more processors; and a non-transitory computer readable medium storing a plurality of instructions, which when executed, cause the one or more processors to: audit, by a machine-learning system, messages, communicated internally in a copy management system, about copy management jobs, and learn relationships between message requests for user actions and subsequent results of the copy management jobs; create a snapshot of a part of copy management content which is displayed by a user interface, and which is selected by a user of a copy management system as context for a message from the user; create a hyperlink in the message to the snapshot which depicts the part of the copy management content; store user entries for identifying at least one intended recipient, a time when the message is available for the at least one intended recipient, and text for the message; determine, by the machine-learning system, a relationship measure between unanswered requests for a user to perform an action on a copy management job and subsequent failures of the copy management job, in response to a determination that the message requests for the user to perform the action on the copy management job; send, by the machine learning system, the message to a system-selected administrator, via an internal communication channel of the copy management system, in response to a determination that the relationship measure satisfies a relationship threshold; and output the context for the message to a user interface associated with the system-selected administrator, in response to a selection of the hyperlink in the message to the snapshot by the system-selected administrator, wherein the context for the message enables the system-selected administrator to respond to the message. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of instructions further causes the processor to: send the message at the time to the at least one intended recipient via any internal communication channel of the copy management system, in response to a determination that at least one of the message does not request a user to perform an action on a copy management job, or a determination that the relationship measure does not satisfy the relationship threshold; and output the context for the message to at least one user interface associated with the at least one intended recipient, in response to a selection of the hyperlink in the message to the snapshot by the at least one intended recipient of the message, wherein the context for the message enables the at least one intended recipient to respond to the message. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein sending the message to the system-selected administrator comprises enabling the other user to receive the message and respond to the message during a period of time before sending the message to the system-selected administrator. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the snapshot includes an active hyperlink to copy management content, corresponding to an active hyperlink in the part of the copy management content, and selecting the active hyperlink in the snapshot to the copy management content enables a selection of an active hyperlink in the part of the copy management content to additional copy management content. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of instructions further causes the processor to add at least one response button option in the message. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein sending the message to the system-selected administrator, via the internal communication channel of the copy management system further comprises sending the system-selected administrator at least one of a notification of the message via an external communication channel, or sending at least one audio file via the internal communication channel. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of instructions further causes the processor to identify and output a history of communications associated with the message in response to receiving a trace request for the message. 8. A computer-implemented method for auditing contextual messages between users in copy management systems to reduce failure rates of copy management jobs, the computer-implemented method comprising: auditing, by a machine-learning system, messages, communicated internally in a copy management system, about copy management jobs, and learning about relationships between message requests for user actions on the copy management jobs and subsequent results of the copy management jobs; creating a snapshot of a part of copy management content which is displayed by a user interface, and which is selected by a user of a copy management system as context for a message from the user; creating a hyperlink in the message to the snapshot which depicts the part of the copy management content; storing user entries for identifying at least one intended recipient of the message, a time when the message is available for the at least one intended recipient, and text for the message; determining, by a machine-learning system, a relationship measure between unanswered requests for a user to perform an action on a copy management job and subsequent failures of the copy management job, in response to a determination that the message requests for the user to perform the action on the copy management job; sending, by the machine learning system, the message to a system-selected administrator, via an internal communication channel of the copy management system, in response to a determination that the relationship measure satisfies a relationship threshold; and outputting the context for the message to a user interface associated with the system-selected administrator, in response to a selection of the hyperlink in the message to the snapshot by the system-selected administrator, wherein the context for the message enables the system-selected administrator to respond to the message. 9. The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein the computer-implemented method further comprises: sending the message at the time to the at least one intended recipient via another internal communication channel of the copy management system, in response to a determination that at least one of the message does not request a user to perform an action on a copy management job or a determination that the relationship measure does not satisfy the relationship threshold; and outputting the context for the message to at least one user interface associated with the at least one intended recipient, in response to a selection of the hyperlink in the message to the snapshot by the at least one intended recipient of the message, wherein the context for the message enables the at least one intended recipient to respond to the message. 10. The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein sending the message to the system-selected administrator comprises enabling the other user to receive the message and respond to the message during a period of time before sending the message to the system-selected administrator. 11. The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein the snapshot includes an active hyperlink to copy management content, corresponding to an active hyperlink in the part of the copy management content, and selecting the active hyperlink in the snapshot to the copy management content enables a selection of an active hyperlink in the part of the copy management content to additional copy management content. 12. The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein the computer-impl
