The invention claimed is: 1. A cleaning agent composition for use in removal of a polysiloxane adhesive remaining on a substrate, the composition comprising a tetrahydrocarbylammonium fluoride and an organic solvent, wherein the organic solvent comprises N-alkyl-2-pyrrolidone, and an aromatic compound represented by formula (1-1) or (1-2); wherein: each R 100 represents a C1 to C6 alkyl group; a total number of carbon atoms in the three C1 to C6 alkyl groups of R 100 in formula (1-1) is 3 or greater; and a total number of carbon atoms in the two C1 to C6 alkyl groups of R 100 in formula (1-2) is 3 or greater, and the alkyl group of N-alkyl-2-pyrrolidone is a C1 to C6 alkyl group. 2. The cleaning agent composition according to claim 1 , wherein the lactam compound comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidone. 3. The cleaning agent composition according to claim 1 , wherein the aromatic compound comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of 1,2,3-trimethylbenzene, 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene, 1,2,5-trimethylbenzene, 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene, 4-ethyltoluene, 4-n-propyltoluene, 4-isopropyltoluene, 4-n-butyltoluene, 4-s-butyltoluene, 4-isobutyltoluene, and 4-t-butyltoluene. 4. The cleaning agent composition according to claim 1 , wherein the tetrahydrocarbylammonium fluoride comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of tetramethylammonium fluoride, tetraethylammonium fluoride, tetrapropylammonium fluoride, and tetrabutylammonium fluoride. 5. The cleaning agent composition according to claim 1 , wherein the ratio by mass of the aromatic compound to the lactam compound (aromatic compound:lactam compound) is 30:70 to 80:20. 6. The cleaning agent composition according to claim 1 , wherein the lactam compound comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidone; the aromatic compound comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of 1,2,3-trimethylbenzene, 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene, 1,2,5-trimethylbenzene, 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene, 4-ethyltoluene, 4-n-propyltoluene, 4-isopropyltoluene, 4-n-butyltoluene, 4-s-butyltoluene, 4-isobutyltoluene, and 4-t-butyltoluene; and the tetrahydrocarbylammonium fluoride comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of tetramethylammonium fluoride, tetraethylammonium fluoride, tetrapropylammonium fluoride, and tetrabutylammonium fluoride. 7. The cleaning agent composition according to claim 6 , wherein the ratio by mass of the aromatic compound to the lactam compound (aromatic compound:lactam compound) is 30:70 to 80:20. 8. The cleaning agent composition according to claim 1 , wherein the polysiloxane adhesive remaining on a substrate is an adhesive residue originating from an adhesive layer formed from an adhesive composition containing a component (A) which is cured through hydrosilylation. 9. A cleaning method, comprising removing an adhesive residue remaining on a substrate by contacting the adhesive residue with the cleaning agent composition according to claim 1 . 10. A method for producing a processed semiconductor substrate, the method comprising: producing a laminate comprising a semiconductor substrate, a support substrate, and an adhesive layer formed from an adhesive composition; processing the semiconductor substrate of the produced laminate; debonding the semiconductor substrate after processing; and removing an adhesive residue remaining on the debonded semiconductor substrate by contacting the adhesive residue with the cleaning agent composition according to claim 1 .
