The invention claimed is: 1. A method of treating a disease or condition selected from substance dependence, alcohol dependence, and nicotine dependence; said method comprising administering to a subject in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of a compound which is selected from: N,6-dimethyl-3-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)-N-[(2S)-1-{[5-(trifluoro methyl)pyrazin-2-yl] amino} propan-2-yl] pyridine-2-carboxamide; and N,6-dimethyl-3-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)-N-[(2S)-1-{[5-(trifluoro methyl)pyrimidin-2-yl] amino} propan-2-yl] pyridine-2-carboxamide; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is: N,6-dimethyl-3-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)-N-[(2S)-1-{[5-(trifluoro methyl) pyrazin-2-yl] amino} propan-2-yl] pyridine-2-carboxamide; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is: N,6-dimethyl-3-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)-N-[(2S)-1-{[5-(trifluoro methyl) pyrimidin-2-yl]amino} propan-2-yl]pyridine-2-carboxamide; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the disease or condition is a substance dependence selected from cocaine, opiate, cannabis, alcohol, and prescription drug dependence. 5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the disease or condition is opiate dependence. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is administered in combination with one or more other agents useful in the treatment of addictive disorders. 7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the one or more other agents useful in the treatment of addictive disorders are selected from buprenorphine, naloxone, naltrexone, and nalmefene. 8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the one or more other agents useful in the treatment of addictive disorders is buprenorphine. 9. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is administered orally. 10. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is administered in a solid oral dosage form. 11. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is administered in a dosage of between about 0.5 mg to about 500 mg of said compound. 12. The method of claim 11 , wherein the compound is administered in a dosage of between about 0.5 mg to about 100 mg of said compound. 13. The method of claim 11 , wherein the compound is administered in a dosage of 50, 100, 200 or 500 mg of said compound.
