The invention claimed is: 1. A rotating device comprising: a motor; a plurality of gears; a sensor; a casing including a connector portion, the casing being configured to accommodate the motor, the plurality of gears, and the sensor; wherein a connection terminal of the connector portion is configured to be electrically connected to the sensor; wherein the sensor includes: a brush; a conductive portion in contact with the brush; a board; wherein the conductive portion is provided at the board; a sensor housing configured to accommodate the brush and the board; wherein the connection terminal of the connector portion includes a first end portion and a second end portion, wherein the first end portion is configured to be electrically connected to the conductive portion of the sensor; and the second end portion is configured to be electrically connected to an external device; and wherein in a longitudinal axis direction of the connection terminal of the connector portion, the first end portion of the connection terminal of the connector portion and the board of the sensor are placed in a row and oppose one another. 2. The rotating device according to claim 1 , wherein an end surface of the first end portion of the connection terminal of the connector portion and an end surface of the board of the sensor are placed in a row and oppose one another in the longitudinal axis direction of the connection terminal of the connector portion. 3. The rotating device according to claim 1 , wherein the first end portion of the connection terminal of the connector portion, a part of the sensor housing, and a lead-out portion of the conductive portion of the sensor are placed in a row in the longitudinal axis direction of the connection terminal of the connector portion. 4. The rotating device according to claim 1 , wherein the sensor is configured to detect a rotational angle of a gear of the plurality of gears. 5. The rotating device according to claim 1 , wherein the sensor housing includes a rotational plate, wherein the brush is configured to be fixed to the rotational plate. 6. A rotating device according to claim 1 , wherein the connection terminal of the connector portion electrically connects to the sensor via a flexible wiring board. 7. A vehicle, comprising: an air conditional system, wherein the air conditional system includes the rotating device according to claim 1 and a louver controlled by the rotating device.
