Systems and methods disclosed herein securely provide confidential information associated with a user during an active voice call conducted using the user's mobile device. The confidential information may be provided by generating the information in spoken form and inserting the spoken information into an audio stream of the voice call. For example, a customer may be on a phone call with a customer agent. The customer agent may ask the customer for a credit card number in order to process a financial transaction. The customer may select the credit card number via an application executing on the customer's mobile phone. The application may cause the credit card number to be spoken out loud during the voice call. A voice sample of the spoken credit card number in inserted into the audio stream of the voice call and is therefore, audible to the customer and the customer agent without being overheard by a third party.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method comprising: receiving, by a first device and during an active voice call between a first participant and a second participant, a first request for confidential information; determining one or more first options associated with the first requested confidential information; causing, by the first device, the one or more first options associated with the first requested confidential information to be displayed as one or more first user-selectable options; determining, by the first device, whether a selection of the one or more first user-selectable options was within a first threshold period of time; and based on a determination that a selection of the one or more first user-selectable options was received within the first threshold period of time, providing, by the first device to a second device, the first requested confidential information by inserting an audio sample corresponding to the selected option into an audio stream of the active voice call, wherein the audio sample is not reproduced by the first device. 2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving, by the first device and during the active voice call, a second request for confidential information; determining one or more second options associated with the second requested confidential information; causing, by the first device, the one or more second options associated with the second requested confidential information to be displayed as one or more second user-selectable options; determining, by the first device, whether a selection of the one or more second user-selectable options was within a second threshold period of time; and based on a determination that a selection of the one or more second user-selectable options was not received within the second threshold period of time, causing an alert to be displayed by the first device. 3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: causing an option to be displayed to allow a user to select between personal expenses and business expenses. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more first user-selectable options comprise an indication of at least of one a mother's maiden name, social security number, or password. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the audio sample comprises at least one of the first participant speaking the first requested confidential information or a computer-generated audio sample of the first requested confidential information. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the audio sample comprises the first participant speaking the first requested confidential information or a computer-generated recording of the first requested confidential information. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the displayed one or more first user-selectable options does not display the first requested confidential information inserted into the audio stream of the active voice call. 8. An apparatus comprising: one or more processors; and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to: receive, during an active voice call between a first participant and a second participant, a first request for confidential information; determine one or more first options associated with the first requested confidential information; cause the one or more first options associated with the first requested confidential information to be displayed as one or more first user-selectable options; determine whether a selection of the one or more first user-selectable options was within a threshold period of time; and based on a determination that the selection of the one or more first user-selectable options was received within the threshold period of time, provide, by the apparatus to a second device, the first requested confidential information by inserting an audio sample into the active voice call, wherein the audio sample is not reproduced by the apparatus. 9. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to: receive, during the active voice call between the first participant and the second participant, a second request for confidential information; determine one or more second options associated with the second requested confidential information; cause the one or more second options associated with the second requested confidential information to be displayed as one or more second user-selectable options; determine whether a selection of the one or more second user-selectable options was within a second threshold period of time; and based on a determination that a selection of the one or more second user-selectable options was not received within the second threshold period of time, cause an alert to be displayed by the apparatus. 10. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the first requested confidential information comprises payment information, and the one or more first user-selectable options associated with the requested confidential information comprises one or more payment options. 11. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the first requested confidential information comprises payment information, and the one or more first user-selectable options associated with the first requested confidential information comprises at least one of a payment number, a date, a pin number, a security code, or an account number. 12. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the first requested confidential information comprises personal information, and the one or more first user-selectable options associated with the first requested confidential information comprises at least one of a name, a social security number, a password, a birthdate, a passport number, a secret phrase, medical information, or an answer to a security question. 13. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to determine the one or more first options by: receiving, based on a transaction history of the first participant, information regarding one or more financial accounts, wherein the one or more financial accounts have been periodically evaluated; and determining, based on the received information and the first requested confidential information, the one or more first options associated with the first requested confidential information. 14. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the audio sample comprises at least one of a computer-generated recording with a user-defined accent or a previously recorded user-generated recording. 15. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed, cause a computing device to: receive, during an active voice call between a first participant and a second participant, a first request for confidential information; determine one or more first options associated with the first requested confidential information; cause the one or more first options associated with the first requested confidential information to be displayed as one or more first user-selectable options; determine whether a selection of the one or more first user-selectable options was within a threshold period of time; and based on a determination that a selection of the one or more first user-selectable options was received within the threshold period of time, provide, by the computing device to a second device, the first requested confidential information by inserting a recording corresponding to the selected option into an audio stream of the active voice call, wherein the recording is not reproduced by the computing device and the computing device does not receive live audio of the f
