A vehicle for receiving power by noncontact from a power transmission apparatus of a ground power supplying apparatus, has: a power reception apparatus for receiving power from the power transmission apparatus; a vehicle side communication device for transmitting a signal including identification information of the vehicle to the ground power supplying apparatus by short range wireless communication; a lateral deviation detection device for detecting a deviation in a relative position of the power reception apparatus with respect to the power transmission apparatus; and a vehicle side control device for controlling the vehicle side communication device. The vehicle side control device controls the vehicle side communication device so that power is not transmitted from the ground power supplying apparatus when the deviation is detected.

The invention claimed is: 1. A vehicle for receiving power by noncontact from a power transmission apparatus, provided at a road, of a ground power supplying apparatus, comprising: a power reception apparatus for receiving power from the power transmission apparatus; a vehicle side communication device for transmitting a signal including identification information of the vehicle to the ground power supplying apparatus by short range wireless communication with a communication distance of less than 10 meters; a lateral deviation detection device for detecting a presence or absence of a deviation in a relative position of the power reception apparatus with respect to the power transmission apparatus in a direction perpendicular to a direction of advance of the vehicle; and a vehicle side control device comprising a processor configured to control the vehicle side communication device, wherein the processor is configured to control the vehicle side communication device so that power is not transmitted from the ground power supplying apparatus when it is detected that there is a deviation in the relative position of the power reception apparatus with respect to the power transmission apparatus, wherein controlling the vehicle side communication device so that power is not transmitted from the ground power supplying apparatus is to stop emission of the signal including identification information of the vehicle from the vehicle side communication device to the ground power supplying apparatus. 2. A vehicle for receiving power by noncontact from a power transmission apparatus, provided at a road, of a ground power supplying apparatus, comprising: a power reception apparatus for receiving power from the power transmission apparatus; a vehicle side communication device for transmitting a signal including identification information of the vehicle to the ground power supplying apparatus by short range wireless communication with a communication distance of less than 10 meters; a foreign object detection device for detecting a foreign object on the road; and a vehicle side control device comprising a processor configured to control the vehicle side communication device, wherein the processor is configured to control the vehicle side communication device so that power is not transmitted from the ground power supplying apparatus when the foreign object on the road is detected, wherein controlling the vehicle side communication device so that power is not transmitted from the ground power supplying apparatus is to stop emission of the signal including identification information of the vehicle from the vehicle side communication device to the ground power supplying apparatus. 3. The vehicle according to claim 2 , wherein the foreign object detection device is disposed further to front than the power reception apparatus in a front-rear direction of the vehicle so as to be able to detect a presence or absence of the foreign object before the power reception apparatus reaches the power transmission apparatus while the vehicle is running. 4. The vehicle according to claim 2 , further comprising a lateral deviation detection device for detecting a presence or absence of a deviation in a relative position of the power reception apparatus with respect to the power transmission apparatus in a direction perpendicular to a direction of advance of the vehicle, wherein the processor is configured to control the vehicle side communication device so that power is not transmitted from the ground power supplying apparatus when it is detected that there is a deviation in the relative position of the power reception apparatus with respect to the power transmission apparatus. 5. The vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein the lateral deviation detection device is disposed further to front than the power reception apparatus in a front-rear direction of the vehicle so that the presence or absence of the deviation in the relative position can be detected before the power reception apparatus reaches the power transmission apparatus while the vehicle is running. 6. The vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein controlling the vehicle side communication device so that power is not transmitted from the ground power supplying apparatus is to make the vehicle side communication device transmit a signal including a stop request of power transmission from the ground power supplying apparatus in addition to identification information of the vehicle, to the ground power supplying apparatus. 7. A noncontact power supplying system, comprising: a vehicle according to claim 1 ; and the ground power supplying apparatus for transmitting power to the vehicle by noncontact, wherein the ground power supplying apparatus comprising: the power transmission apparatus; a ground communication device for receiving the signal from the vehicle side communication device; and a ground side control device for controlling the power transmission apparatus, and the ground side control device permits the supply of power to the power transmission apparatus for supplying power to the power reception apparatus, when a ground side communication device receives the signal from the vehicle. 8. The noncontact power supplying system of claim 7 , wherein upon permitting the supply of power to the power transmission apparatus, the ground side control device continues to supply power until a temperature of the battery is equal to or greater than a battery limit temperature. 9. The noncontact power supplying system of claim 7 , wherein the ground side control device prohibits supply of power to the power transmission apparatus for supplying power to the power reception apparatus, when the ground side communication device ceases to receive the signal from the vehicle.
